国中外合作办学条例》及中国的有关法规，经过友好、平等协商，在平等互惠、共同发展的基础上，双方同意开展合作办学项目，为此签订本合作协议。

2.2合作双方性质ThenatureoftheParties

甲方是经中国教育部批准的一所具有颁发国家承认本科学历资格的全日制本科院校，乙

方是英国依法成立的一所高等学府，可颁发本科学历证书。

第四条合作办学项目的实施

Article4TheImplementoftheJointEducationProgram

4.1办学宗旨TheAimoftheProgram

遵守中华人民共和国宪法、法律、法规和有关政策，发挥中、英合作双方的优势，为构建我院现代化且适应国际竞争、探索护理教育特点的多元化办学体制做出有益尝试，努

力为地区医疗卫生事业及社会和经济发展培养高素质、专业型、双语型、具有国际理念的护理人才。

4.2课程设置CurriculumPlan

根据培养高素质、专业型、双语型、具有国际理念的护理人才。

中外双方根据培养目标，共同制订培养计划和教学大纲。

Theteachingplanisdesignedbybothpartiesonthebasisofproducinghighly-qualified，professional，bilingual，andinternationalnursingtalents.

4.3学生来源、学制和规模TheResourceandScaleofStudentsandtheLengthof

Schooling

招收普通高中毕业生，由甲方通过高招计划内录取，本合作办学项目计划每年招收50人，学制为4年，前三年在甲方学校学习，第四年在乙方学校学习，毕业后颁发甲方、乙方双方本科学历。

Awithinthenationalplannedenrollmentquote.ThetotalperiodoftheProgramisfor4years.The4-yearProgramrecruits50studentsperyear，duringwhichstudentsstudywithPartyAinthefirstthreeyearsandwithPartyBinthefourthyear.BachelordegreesfrombothPartyAandPartyBshallbeissuedafter

4.4学生的培养目标TheStudentCultivatingAim

1.具有国际理念的护理人才。

Bearinginternationalnursingphilosophy.

2.熟练掌握中英两种语言的高端护理人才。

MasteringbothChineseandEnglishskills.

3.有较宽的专业知识面，包括对相关的学科有基本的了解。

Broadeningprofessionalscopeofknowledgeandhavingabasicunderstandingof

relateddisciplines.

4.在社交、礼仪等方面具备应有的素养，有较强的独立解决问题的能力。

Havingnecessaryaccomplishmentinsocialcontactandetiquetteandsound

abilityinsolvingproblemsindependently.

5.服务我国未来医疗卫生发展的护理事业。

ServingthedevelopmentofthenursingindustryofChina.

4.5学生的毕业去向GraduatesEmployment

对毕业学生甲方将根据“择优推荐”的原则，向中外企事业单位和其他用人单位推荐录

用。

有条件自费出国继续深造学历者，学院将提供相应的咨询服务。

ExcellentstudentscanberecommendedbyPartyAtoworkinstate-ownedor

foreignorjointlyownedentities，organizationsorcompanies.Thosewhoare

financiallycapableofandplantofurthertheirstudiesabroad，PartyAwill

providethemwithrelevantconsultantservices.

4.6合作项目的师资TeachingResourcesoftheProgram

甲方选派优秀教师担任本项目主要教学工作。

乙方负责选派或招聘合格的、经验丰富的

教师前来承担有其负责的教学部分。

PartyAshallselectqualifiedteacherstoundertakethemajorpartoftheteachingwork.PartyBshallsendorrecruitqualifiedandhighlyexperieneedteacherstoundertakeitspartoftheteachingwork.

第五条合作双方的责任和义务

5.1甲方责任ResponsibilitiesofPartyA

1）负责办理为设立中英国际护理合作办学项目，向中国有关主管部门申请、批准、登记注册等事宜。
