Ifoundaveryinterestingthing,insupermarketsandshopsyoucanseecandleseverywhereandcandlesoftenplacedinthewindow.ItisobviouslythatthecandleisessentialintheSwedishdailylife.IguessthatCandleofculturalmetaphortheirunderstandingofthebright,nomatterwhatisnow,thefutureisalwaysbright!

thavekitchenandweeatontheschoolcafeteriaunlessOverseasEducationschool.Thissemester,InotonlylearnedhowtomakeChinese-stylemeals,butalsolearnedtomakewesternfood.Mostimportantislearnedtoliveindependentlyandlivebetter.Lifeisnotperfect;

thewayyoulivecanmakeitperfectlywonderful.

StudyingatLinnaeusUniversity

Thissemesteratotalofselectedfourcoursesincluding:

theelderlyinthemodernsociety,socialworkinaninterculturalperspective,Perspectiveoncontemporaryillness,andwelfarepolicyinSweden.Throughthesefourcoursesofstudy,Ilearnedmuch,suchasknowledgeofthenormalagingprocess,understandingofthecontemporaryillness,basicknowledgeandabetterunderstandingofwelfaresystem,socialpoliciesandsocialproblemfromaninterculturalperspective.Fromthelastcourse,IhavethebasicknowledgeoftheSwedishwelfare.Allcourseincludewrittenand/ororalexaminations.Throughtheway,ononehand,gainingthenecessaryskillstowriteandpresentaliteraturestudy,ontheotherhand,oralexaminationcanimprovemyspokenEnglish,moreandmoreconfidence.

Iamverygratefultothesefourcoursestheteachers!
