Thisspecificationdescribestheelementsofanondemandhighpressurehydraulicpowerpackdesignedtosupplymixedhydraulicfluidtothepoweredroofsupportsontheundergroundcoalface.Thehydraulicallypoweredroofsupportsrelyonthereliabilityandavailabilityofthehydraulicfluidforcleanandefficientoperation.液压支架提供混合乳化液的高压液压泵站原理。

液压支架依赖于乳化液的可靠性和利用率，以便洁净地和有效地运行。

1.1ThemaincomponentsofthepowerpackcompriseofThreeTrimaxhigh-pressurepumpsoftypeS300completewith224kwelectricmotors.Eachpumpwillsupply318litres/min.at37.5Mpa.AllThreepumpswillbeondemand.

EachpumpwillbefittedwithanElectro-MechanicalUnloadingValve,SafetyReliefValvesetat44.9Mpa,SurgeArrestors,hoses,cablesandanIndependentPumpControl/Monitoringunit.

本系统采用3台Trimax三柱塞高压泵，型号为S300，电机功率为224KW。

单台泵能力318升/分，压力可调到37.5Mpa。

3台泵可根据工作面支架的需要，自动变换作业。

每个泵都配有电磁-机械卸载阀，安全阀的设定压力为44.9Mpa，有减振器、软管、电缆、独立控制系统和监控装置。

1.2ThepumpswillbesuppliedwithmixedemulsionfromanAuto-MixEmulsionProductionTankwithaworkingcapacityof4200litresandasurgecapacityof1000litresmakingatotalof5200litres.Theoilcompartmentofthetankhasacapacityof450litres.

采用自动混合乳化液箱，工作容积为4200升，过涌能力1000升，总共为5200升。

乳化油箱的容量为450升。

1.3Thetankunitandeachofthepumpunitsaremountedonsubstantialskidsandlinkedtogethertoformsingletrainlikeunitforassemblyontothecustomersuppliedmobilecarriagesenablingtransportationofthecompletesystem,inconjunctionwiththeremainderofthecoalfaceequipment.

乳化液箱和泵都安有结实的滑行架，连在一起形成整体，可安在用户提供的平板矿车上，可与井下工作面的其它设备一起运输。

SYSTEMOPERATION

系统操作

1.0OperationofthesystembeginswiththesupplyofminemainswaterviaaStopValvetotheinputconnectionfortheautomaticemulsionproductionunit.Thiswateriscleanedbypassingthroughpressurefilter（25micron）priortoaSolenoidFillValveonthetank,theSolenoidFillValvecontrolsthemainswaterinput,andisoperatedatfillandofflevelsbythefluidlevelswitchlocatedintheemulsioncompartment.ThewaterthenpassestotheFluidMixerwhichautomaticallymixesthewaterwiththeneatoilandtheresultingemulsionisthenfedintotheemulsioncompartmentinthetank.TheneatoilistransferredfrombarrelsusingtheOilTransferPumpataflowrateof40L/min.ThispumpisprotectedbyaPressureReducingValvepriortotheStopvalve.

系统操作起始于通过止动阀从矿井主水源向乳化液箱供应水。

通过乳化液箱上电磁供水阀前面的压力过滤器（25micron）清洁过滤水质，电磁供水阀控制进水量，通过安装在乳化液箱里的液位开关自动供水和停供。

水然后进入混合器，自动与可溶油混合，然后将混合后的乳化液送入乳化液箱。

乳化油由一流速为40升/分的油泵打入乳化油箱。

该油泵由截止阀前面的减压阀来保护。

Lowfluidlevelswithinboththemixedemulsioncompartmentandtheneatoilcompartmentarecontrolledandmonitoredautomatically（withanyexcessivereductioninfluidcapacitycausingasignaltobesenttothepumpcontrolunitresultinginthesystembeingshutdown）.

ThefluidreturningfromthefaceequipmentiscleanedbypassingthroughaDuplexFilter（12micron）.Thistypeoffilterprovidesthevaluableattributeofcontinuousoperationevenwhilstbeingcleaned（theflowissimplydivertedfromonechanneltotheothersothatthedirtyfilterelementmaybechangedandreplacedwithacleanelement）.

可以自动监控乳化液箱和乳化油箱的低液位（液位降低到一定程度，就会有信号送到泵站控制装置上，从而使系统停机）。

从工作面回来的乳化液由装在液箱上的对式过滤器（12micron）过滤。

使用这种过滤器即使在清洗时也可连续作业（液体从一个孔分到另一个孔，此时可以清洗或更换脏了的过滤器芯）。

Theemulsioncompartmentinthetankisalsofittedwithaweirsystemwhichreducestheaerationandturbulenceinthereturningfluidbeforeitreachesthesuctionareatopreventanypossibilityofcavitationinthepumps.AThermostatisfittedintotheemulsioncompartmenttopreventovertemperature,shouldthisoccurasignalwillbesenttothecontrolunitresultinginthesystembeingshutdown.

乳化液箱内装有挡板系统，以避免回液液流在进入吸液区之前可能出现的充气和脉动现象，防止泵内形成空穴。

乳化液箱内装了一个热阻器，防止过热。

如果一旦过热，信号将传到控制装置，使系统停机。

EachfacedeliverylinefromthepumpsisfittedwithaPressureFilter（25micron）positionedontheadjacentconnectorassemblytotherelevantpump,anisolatingvalveisfittedontheoutletsideofeachfiltertofacilitatefilterelementchange.

Thethreepumpdeliverylinesconnectintothefacedeliverymanifoldwithtwofacedeliverylinestothecoalface.

泵的每条供液管路上都装有一个高压过滤器（25micron）,过滤器出口端安有截止阀，便于过滤器芯的更换。

3台泵的供液管与供液多通阀相连，有二条供液管路通往工作面。
