Withinjustafewyears,almostallnewminesintheMountainwerereforesteduponcompletiontratherthanseededwithgrass.

Now70yearsold,Angelhasbeenthedrivingforcebehindare-greeningofcoalcountry.Withjointefforts,187milliontreeshavebeenplantedover275,000acresofformermines.
