2NotesofBatteryInstallation

1、

Beforeoperation,pleasereadBatteryInstallationManualandBatteryTechnologyManualcarefully,andunderstandtheinstallingregulationandnotes,inordertoavoidsuddenness.

2、

Theoperatorsofbatteryinstallationmusthavetechnicaltrainedandholdthecorrectoperationmethodandnotesofthepowersystemandbatterygroup..

3、

Theflammablehydrogengaswillcomeoutwhilebatterychargingandstorage.Batterymustbeinstalledinthelocationwithbetterventilation.Theremustbe1matleastfrombatterytospark（fuse,breaker,etc）,fire,sourceofheat.

4、

Insulatingtools（likespanner）shouldbeusedduringthecourseoftheinstallationandmaintenancetoavoidelectricshock.Theoperatorsshouldtakeoffthemetallicaccoutermentontheirhands.

5、

Thereshouldkeepatleast5mm~10mmspacebetweenthebatteriesinordertoinsurebetterventilation.

6、

Thebatteriesshouldbeconnectedinseriesfirstandtheninparallelwhenusedinparallel.

7、

Whenconnectbatteries,firstconnectthecablesbetweenthebatteries,andmakesurethatthevoltageofbatterygroupiscorrectbytesting,thenconnectthecablesbetweenbatterygroupandpowersystemorloads.

8、

Whenconnectingbatteries,themomentoftighteningthescrewsshouldaccordwithrequestofmanufacture.

9、

Whenoperatingthebatteryforthefirsttime,thevalueofbatterycapacityinPMUmustbesetcorrectlytomatchtheactualbatterycapacity.

2、Replacetheproblematicbatteries.

Thebatterycaseisclean,andthereisnotanymarkofacidleakage.

1、Cleanthebatterycasebycottonwithwater,checkcarefullyifthereismarkofcasecrazedorleakage;

Thebatteryterminalisupright,and
