4.2.1Goodsreceiptdata

IncludingKeyinvoice,invoiceandpackinglist.WhentheKeyinvoicereach,theconcernedclerkwillknowtheactualarrivaltimeoffabricandprepareforit.

4.2.2Thefabricdelivery.checkandreceipt

4.2.2.1Whilethefabricdeliveryintowarehouse,shouldputthepackingmarkfaceto

outside.

4.2.2.2Accordingtothepackinglist,checkeachrollineachcontainer.Iffindany

differencewiththepackingbreakdown,mustmarkitdowncarefully.

4.2.2.3Fabricarrangementandstock

4.2.3.1Knowwellaboutallthefabricinwarehouse;

puttheun-inspectfabricintothe

to-inspectarea,andputtheinspectedfabricintotheregulativeareastrictly.The

pileheightshouldbewithinthelimitation,Nohigherthan1.7mforsilkfabricand

man-makefabric,andnohigherthan1.5mforwool.

4.2.3.2Keepthefabricstockindry,cleanandnetenvironmentandstockshouldbekept

withtheindoortemperature.Tosilkfabric,shouldbecovereduptokeepthe

sunlightout.

4.2.4Inputanddistributethereportform,createthecomputerbar.
