DEFINITIONS:

INTERPRETATIONS

SECTION1.1.DEFINITIONS.ThetermsdefinedinthisArticleIshall,forallpurposesofthisAgreement,havethemeaningshereinspecified,unlessthecontextclearlyrequiresotherwise:

CapturedAssessedValue'

shallmeanthevaluationamountbywhichthethencurrentassessedvalueoftheDistrictsexceedstheOriginalAssessedValueoftheDistricts.
