我国正处于经济和社会发展转型的关键时期。

社区教育的不断深化，建设和管理力度持续加大，城镇一体化进程的加快，必然对现代社区建设和管理产生了深远的影响，同时随着信息技术的广泛应用，人类的学习方式有了深刻的变革，数字化学习应运而生。

数字化是一种借助数字化学习资源、数字化学习方式和数字化学习环境帮助人们达到终身学习目的的一种学习方式，具有更高效、更快捷、更持久的特点。

这就使得数字化学习型社区的构建具有了现实性的意义。

因此，建设数字化学习型社区既是我国社区建设进入新的发展阶段的迫切需要，也是顺应迈向学习型社会国际发展潮流的必然要求。

本文首先从理论背景和现实背景出发，探讨了数字化学习型社区构建产生的时代性，在界定学习型社区、数字化学习、数字化学习型社区相关概念的基础上，结合国内外研究的实践，从中提炼出具有借鉴意义的经验启示，分析当前我国构建数字化学习型社区的现状，讨论构建过程中6大着重点，同时，对构建数字化学习型社区关键性问题上，提出了3大构建领域，并提出了相应的解决方案，最终突显构建数字化学习型社区的重要性。

Communityreferstothesociallifecommunityconsistingofpeoplelivinginacertaingeographicalarea.Asanimportantcomponentofhumanlife,communityiscloselyrelatedtoourdailylife.Chinaisnowinacrucialperiodofeconomicdevelopmentandsocialtransformation.Withthedeepeningofcommunityeducation,thecontinuousstrengtheningofconstructionandmanagementdynamicsandthespeedingupofurbanintegrationprocess,theconstructionandmanagementofmoderncommunitieshavebeenprofoundlyinfluenced.Meanwhile,withtheextensiveapplicationofinformationandtechnology,profoundchangeshavetakenplaceinhuman’swayoflearninganddigitallearningemergestimely.Asamorequick,efficientanddurablewayoflearning,digitallearningcombinesdigitallearningresources,modeandenvironmenttohelppeopleachievelifelonglearning,whichmakestheconstructionofdigitallearningcommunitypracticallysignificant.Therefore,theconstructionofdigitallearningcommunityisnotonlyurgentlyneededforourcountrytoenteranewstageofdevelopmentincommunityconstruction,butalsoinevitablyrequiredtokeepupwithinternationaldevelopmenttrendinlearningsociety.

SBBBBBStartingfromtheoreticalandpracticalbackground,thepaperdiscussedthetimebackgroundoftheemergenceofdigitallearningcommunity.Basedonthedefinitionoflearningcommunity,digitallearning,digitallearningcommunity,alongwiththeresearchpracticebothathomeandabroad,wethenacquiredusefulimplications.Thepaperalsoanalyzedthecurrentconditionoftheconstructionofdigitalleaningcommunity,discussedthesixkeypointsintheconstructionprocess,andproposedthreeconstructionregionsaimingatthecriticalproblemoftheconstructionofdigitalleaningcommunity.Atlast,thepaperproposedsolutionplans,whichhighlightedthesignificanceofconstructingthedigitalleaningcommunity.
