制定并实施本程序文件的目的:
通过对员工能力的管理,保证公司各岗位员工具备本岗位所需求的资格,确保所有员工能够胜任本岗位工作并不断提高其能力,满足公司制造对人力资源的需求,为公司质量管理体系的有效运行提供保障。

负责员工能力评定归口管理工作。
负责培训过程组织协调和培训质量控制,策划公司专业人员培训、资质考评管理工作及归口部门,牵头专业人员培训及资质考评管理工作,负责专业人员的资质证书档案管理工作。

负责向综合管理部提交工艺技术及质量管理有关人员的培训需求,协助实施培训工作并参与有关人员的能力考评。

5.4Newstaffcompetenceevaluationmethod
TheGeneralManagementDepartmentandvariousemployerunitswillformulatethejobrequirementsandspecificrequirementsonstaffcompetencefortherecruitmentpost.Theemployerunitmayproposerequirementsonthestaff’scompetenceandqualificationtotheGeneralManagementDepartmentbytheEmployeeApplicationForm.Recruitmentmaybecarriedoutbyinterview,groupdiscussion,theoreticalandpracticalexamorothermeans;
atthesametime,checkrelatedevidentialmaterialstocheckwhetherthecandidatecanmeetjobrequirements.Probationperiodmustbeappliedasperregulations.Upontheexpiryoftheprobationperiod,theemployerunitandtheGeneralManagementDepartmentwilljointlyhavecomprehensiveasses
