WhyisitimportanttouseaLog?

Toaidobjectivesetting

Reviewingyoursituationcanhelpyouthinkthroughwhyyouareundertakinganactivityandtodeterminewhatyouhopetogetoutoftheexperience.Inthiswayyouaremorelikelytoachieveyourobjectives.Asectionforrecordingyourexpectationsisprovidedforyou(inSection2)tofillinbeforeyoustartyourplacement.

Tologyourexperience

Recordingactivityindetailmeansthattheexperienceisnotlostandcanbedrawnuponlater.Weeklyrecordsheetsareprovided(inSection3)foryoutologwhathappensasithappens.

Toaidprofiling
