"AsahiShimbun"newspaperisoneofJapan'sthreemajorcomprehensivenewspaperwhichhasastronginfluenceinJapanandtherestoftheworldoccupyingarelativelylargeamountofmarketshare.Thecorporate’stangibleandintangibleresourcesbothhavetheirownadvantages.Meanwhile,theenterprisemanagementsystemhasbecomemoreperfect.Fromorganizationalstructure,personneltrainingtomulticulturalism,eachofthemhasitsownuniquemanagementstyle.Havingestablishedandadaptedtothemarketformanyyears,thenewspaperhasdevelopedasetofeffectivemeasurestorespondtochangesintheinternationalenvironmentandhastakensomereasonablebusinessstrategiessuchastotrythethree-dimensionalbusinessmodel.Andithasformedauniquebusinessdistributionnetworkmodelofnewspapersandadvertisingtoexpandthemarket.
