寒假寄语

同学们：

当冬日的阳光暖意融融泼洒的时候，我们踏着时间的节拍，迎来了寒假，同学们也即将完成一个学期的学业。

回顾过去，硕果累累，值得留恋；展望未来，前途灿烂，更加辉煌。

在你们带着捷报，满怀憧憬，返回家园，融入社会的前夕，老师们衷心祝愿各位同学期末考试能有一个好的成绩，并想对你们的寒假生活提一点小小的建议，以寄托我们的心愿：

1、要积极参加有益的社会活动，提高自己的批判能力。

接触社会是必要的，但是我们一定要有选择，对于向上的、充满情趣的、有益于身心健康的社会活动要积极、主动参加，并且要在活动中充分展示我们新一代中学生的良好形象。

2、广泛打好学习基础，拓宽自己的知识面，加厚自己的知识功底。

寒假期间，时间相对比较充裕，我们可以利用这段时间，补足自己在校学习时的不足、弱科、弱点；同时多读一些课外书籍，拓宽自己的知识面。

也可以带着一些问题，搞社会调查，查询相关资料，请教内行专家，甚至亲身去实践、研究、探索，亲身体验一下成功或者失败，从而学会自学，学会学习，达到加厚功底的目的。

3、积极锻炼身体，提高适应繁重学习的能力。

寒假期间，不要破坏自己的生活规律，不要暴饮暴食，更不要沉溺于无休止的娱乐。

要按时起居，饮食有节，要积极参加体育锻炼，强健自己的体魄，保持自己旺盛的精力，以适应开学后繁重的学习任务。

4、热爱劳动，提高劳动技能。

回家后，要主动帮助替代父母做做家务，积极参加社会公益劳动，自己的事情自己动手做，培养独立生活和生存能力。

5、提高安全意识，保护好自己和家人的安全。

寒假期间是社会各类事故高发期，做为一名学生，要学会有关安全法制方面的知识，增强安全意识、自我保护意识，学会和掌握一些简单自救知识和救护知识。
