ThisQualityPlancontainsinformationontheProject'sProjectManagementSystemthatisbasedontherequirementsoftherelevantnationalandinternationalstandards.ItisprimarilypreparedandissuedfortheguidanceoftheProject'sownpersonnel.

2.2.2ResponsibilitiesandAuthorities责任和授权

ThePMCProjectManagerwillhaveoverallresponsibilityforensuringthattheQualitySystemsaresatisfactorilyimplemented.

Allpersonnelworkingontheprojectwillbepersonallyresponsibleforthequalityoftheirwork,andshallperformtheirdutiesinaccordancewiththerequirementsofthePMCQualityPlanandit’sassociatedcontrolprocedures.NodeviationswillbepermittedwithoutthewrittenauthorityofthePMCProjectManager.
