1.Letterhead信头
Theletterheadindicatesthename,address,telephonenumberandE-mailaddressofthecompanysendingtheletter.
2.Date日期
Themonthandtheyearhadbetternotbewrittenintheirabbreviationform. 年份和月份不要用缩写,容易混淆而且显得不正式。

3.Reference案号
Thereferenceshelptherecipientmatchthelettertotherelevantproblems, whichitconcerns.为了双方对某事的查阅
