摘要
本设计的题目为上洋石灰石矿年产200万吨矿石露天开采设计,设计的主要目的是根据要求为上洋石灰石矿设计合理的开采方法和开拓方案。
本设计的主要思路是通过已知的大田县太华镇上洋石灰石矿相关资料,按照国家相关规定,根据大学期间所学知识,并参考国内外相似规模的矿山采矿现状选择和确定适当的采矿参数,从而按照要求设计出一套经济上合理,技术上可行的结合实际情况利于开采的最优方案。
本设计的内容包括:
矿山概况、技术经济比较、矿床地质特性的研究、露天开采境界的确定、矿山开拓运输设计、矿山采矿机械设备的选型、矿山的总体平面布置、矿山辅助设施的确定、矿山的环境保护与劳动安全卫生、矿山土建工程量的确定,其中主要以露天开采境界的确定、矿山开拓运输设计、矿山采矿机械设备的选型为主。
本设计的主要参数有设计年产为200万吨矿石,设计经济合理剥采比为1.5m3/m3,开拓方式为公路运输开拓,台阶坡面角为70°和45°,台阶高度为10m;安全平台宽度为4m,清扫平台宽度为8m;露天矿最小底宽为25m,最终开采底部标高为+360m。
露天矿境界内可采储量7269.2万吨,可采年限37.6年。
运输设备为SH-380型自卸汽车和WK-4型电铲。
均衡剥采比为0.67t/t。
设计采用KQ-250型潜孔钻机进行穿孔,斜线起爆。
采用汽车运输—排土机排土。

ThetopicwasonShangyangdesignedannualproductioncapacityof2milliontonsof
orelimestonemineopenpitdesign,themainpurposeofthedesignisbasedonthe
requirementsfortherationaldesignofShangyanglimestoneminingmethodsanddevelop
solutions.
ThemainideaisdesignedbytheknownDaejeonOttawaCountytownShangyang
limestonerelevantinformation,inaccordancewithrelevantstateregulations,basedonwhat
theyhavelearnedduringcollege,andwithreferencetothestatusofminingminesabroad
selectionofsimilarsizeanddeterminetheappropriateminingparameterstodesignaccording
totherequirementssetoutoneconomicallyreasonableandtechnicallyfeasiblewiththe
actualsituationconducivetotheexploitationoftheoptimalsolution.
Thecontentdesigninclude:
determiningminingoverview,technicalandeconomic
comparisonstudygeologicalcharacteristicsofthedeposit,thedeterminationoftherealmof
open-pitmining,minedevelopmentandtransportationdesign,selectionofmining
machineryandminingequipment,theoveralllayoutofthemine,minesupportfacilities,
environmentalprotectionandoccupationalsafetyandhealth,mineminetodeterminethe
amountofcivilworks,mainlyintherealmofopen-pitminingdeterminedtoopenupthe
selectionoftransportminedesign,miningmachineryandminingequipmentbased.
Themainparametersofthisdesignhasadesignedannualproductioncapacityof200
milliontonsofore.Designeconomicalstrippingratioof1.5m3/m3,pioneeringthewayfor
theroadtransportdevelopment,benchslopeangleof70°and45°,thestepheightof10m;
securityplatformwidthof4m,sweepingplatformwidth8m;outdoormineminimumbottom
widthof25m,theultimateexploitationofthebottomelevationof+360m.Withintherealm
ofopenpitmineablereservesof72,692,000tons,recoverablelifeof37.6years.
TransportequipmentfortheSH-380typedumptruckandWK-4-typeshovel.Balanced
strippingratioof0.67t/t.DesignedwithKQ-250typesubmersibledrillingrigpiercing,
slashdetonate.Usingmotortransport-DumpDumpmachine.
