3.0InspectionAndStorageOfEquipmentAndMaterials

设备和材料的检查和储存

AllmaterialsreceivedatsiteshallbehandledinaccordancewiththespecificationrequirementofNH-HDPE+PP-QCPR-331MaterialHandling,DeliveringandStorageProcedure.

现场材料管理应符合NH-HDPE+PP-QCPR-331材料装卸及发放程序的要求。

3.1Theequipmentandmaterialsdeliveredtositeshallhavethefactorycertificatesandnecessarymanufacturer’stechnicaldocuments.Theyshallbeexaminedtomakesuretheyareasperthepurchaseorder'srequirements.Performvisualinspectiontoanydefectssuchasdamage,corrosionordeformation.

运到现场的设备和器材均应有出厂合格证和必要的厂家技术文件，对其进行检查，确认其符合定单要求。

检查设备外观是否有损坏、腐蚀、变形等缺陷。

3.2Theequipmentandmaterialsshallbeproperlystoredincool,dryandcleanplacetoavoiddust,moistureandcorrosion.

设备及器材应妥善保管在清洁干燥凉爽的场所，并应采取防尘、防潮、防腐等措施。

4.0InstallationOfProtectiveConduit:

保护管安装

4.1Thetypes&specificationsofprotectiveconduits,andthespecificationsofTshapejoints,elboworconnectionsshallconformtotherequirementsoftheconstructiondrawings.

保护管的型号、规格，T型接头、弯头和连接件等规格应符合施工图要求。

4.2Theprotectiveconduitofallsignalandpowercableshallbeproperlylaid,awayfromaccesswayandhotsurfaceaswellasnottointerferewithotherinstallations.

所有信号和电源电缆的保护管应适当铺设，离开通道和热表面，不妨碍其它设备的安装。

4.3Theprotectiveconduitsshallbemountedsecurelywithsuitablemountings.

保护管应用合适的固定件牢固固定。

4.4Steelconduitshallbeearthedatitsoneend.

金属导管必须有一端接地。

5.0InstallationOfControlPanel控制盘的安装

5.1Theembeddedshaped-steelshallbeinstalledaccordingtothecoordinatepositionandmarksoftheconstructiondrawings.Theshaped-steelshallbeproperlyleveled,withsufficientspaceforcableentrance.

按施工图的坐标位置和标记安装好基础型钢，要求型钢平整，有电缆进入的足够空间。

5.2Thecontrolpanelshallbepositionedontheembeddedshaped-steelandbolted,afteradjustmenthasbeenmade.Theverticalityandlevelnessforinstallationofcontrolpanelshallbeinaccordancewiththerequirementoftheconstructiondrawings.

将控制盘就位在基础型钢上，并进行找正，找正后用螺栓固定在型钢上，控制盘安装垂直度和水平度符合施工图要求。

5.3Thecontrolpanelmustbetagging.

控制盘要标位号

5.4Thesteelfoundation/frameofcontrolpanelshallbeearthedreliablyasperthedrawing’srequirement.

控制盘的基础型钢及框架必须按图纸要求可靠接地。

6.0TheInstallationOfDetectors

检测器安装

6.1Forflammablegasdetectors,amaximumdistanceofshallnotexceed1mfromthepotentialleaksourcesealsofcentrifugalprocessgascompressorsandpumps.

易燃气体探测器距离气体压缩机和泵的潜在泄漏源的密封口在1m以内的适宜。

6.2Sensorsandgasdetectorsmaybepositionedatapproximatelythesameelevationasthepotentialsourceofleakage,butshouldnotbelocatedlowerthan1meterabovegradeorgroundlevelasperdrawing’srequirementtoavoiddamagebyingressofsplashwater.

气体探测器和传感器应按图纸要求尽可能安装在潜在泄漏源同一平面上，但不低于1m的所在地面，以免溅入水而损坏。

6.3Typicallocationsfordetectorswithshutdownactionarewhereairshallbenormallyfreefromflammablegas,suchas:

气体探测器不能安装在以下的空气进出口处。

-airinletsforHVAC（heating,ventilationandairconditioning）

-空调通风口。

-airoutletsofenclosedhazardousareas/modules,etc.

-封闭的危险区或储仓等的出口。

-airinlettoanalyzerhouses.

-分析房的空气入口。

-thesuctionofinstrumentaircompressors

-空气压缩机的吸入口

-inletstobreathingairsystems.

-呼吸空气系统的入口。

6.4H2Sgasdetectorsshallbelocatedclosetopotentialsourcesofleakage,suchasatpumpandcompressorseals,andalsoat2to4metresdistancetodetectfurtherdispersionofgas.

硫化氢气体探测器应在距潜在泄漏源2-4米处的安装，

6.5AsH2S-containingvaporsareoftenheavierthanairandtendtodispersedownwards,detectorsshouldbelocatedatlevelslowerthantheexpectedleaksource（butnotlowerthan1mabovegrade）.However,ifthevapourislighterthanair（possiblyduetoahighertemperature）detectorsshouldbelocatedatlevelsabovetheexpectedleaksource.

如果硫化氢蒸气比空气重，气体探测器安装必须比潜在泄漏源平面低（但不能低于距地面1米），如果硫化氢蒸气比空气轻（预期温度较高），气体探测器安装必须比潜在泄漏源平面高。

6.6H2SgasdetectorsshallbeplacedalonglogicalentranceroutestoanH2S-containingprocessarea.

硫化氢气体探测器应顺着硫化氢处理区的入口通道安装。

6.7Semi-conductortypeH2Ssensorsshouldnotbeleftexposedtoatmosphericair,unlessunderpoweredconditions.Ifitisexpectedthatpower-offconditionsmaybeofalongduration,thesensorsshouldbedisconnectedandstoredinadrynessandcleanatmospherewithcapsoninordertoavoidtoingressofmoisturewhichwilleventuallyleadtopermanentdamage.

半导体型的硫化氢传感器除非在供电情况下，否则不能暴露在大气中。

如果预计持续停电时间长，传感器必须不接线并储存在干燥清洁的大气中，以避免湿气侵入而损坏。

6.8Diffusion-typesmoke/heatdetectorsmaximumspacingshallbeinaccordancewithnational/localfireprotectionstandardsandthemanufacturer'srecommendations.

烟或热感探测器间的最大距离应符合地方或国家标准和厂家推荐的要求。

6.9Opticaltypefiredetectorsshallbepositionedsuchthattheycanseetheentiresectiontobeprotected.Theyshallbemountedsothattheyarefreefromtheeffectsofvibrationandshock,spacedinaccordancewiththemanufacturer'sordesign’srecommendations.

火陷探测器必须按厂商和图纸要求安装在没有震动影响而且能够监视整个保护区的位置。

6.10Opticaltypefiredetectorsshallbeprotectedagainsttheeffectsofwaterandthepossibilityoffreezing/foulingoftheirwindows/lenseswhiletakingcarenottodegradetheirfunction,duringinstallingperiod.

为避免火陷探测器视窗和镜头功能退化，在安装期间，应保护火陷探测器视窗和镜头免受水冷冻和污垢污染。

6.11Thelocationofthedetectorsshallbeasperthedrawing'srequirements,thespacingbetweendetectors,andthepositionofventilationinletoroutletshallmeettherequirementsofspecificationsanddrawing.Locationofdetectorsshouldbedefinedbydesigner.

根据施工图的要求，探测器的安装位置距通风进出口的距离应满足规范和图纸的要求，变更探测器的安装位置应由设计确认。

6.12Checkthemodels&sizesofdetectorsareasperthedrawing'srequirements.

检查探测器的型号、规格应符合施工图要求。

6.13Detectorsshallbemountedonsupportsecuretothecorrespondingceilingorfloorandlocatedaspertheconstructiondrawings.ThejunctionboxesshallbefittedatthecorrespondingpositionswiththewireproperlylaidoutandterminateattheJB.

按施工图及确定的安装位置，将探测器牢固固定在相应的天花板或地板上，并在相应的位置安装接线盒，注意底座穿线孔与接线盒的配合。

6.14Thepositionofthewarninglightshallbeonpassagewayeasilyseenbyoperators.

探测器的报警灯，应面向便于人员观察的主要出入口方向。

6.15Onthebasisofdetector'spositioncombinedwithconstructiondrawings.Thewiresfromcontrolpaneltoeachdetectorshallbeusedstrandsofdifferentcolorsforeasydifferentiationtermination.Thedetectorbaseconnectionshouldbecorrectandfastness.Thecableprotectionconduitandwiringoutandinholeofthedetectorbaseandjunctionboxshouldbesealedafterfinishingconnectionandtesting.

根据探测器位置结合施工图，从控制盘配线到各探测器底座，用不同颜色的导线来区分不同的用途，在探测器底座接线，接线要求正确、牢固，接线和测试完毕应封堵电缆护管、探测器底座和接线盒的穿线孔。

6.16Whenthesystemisgoingtotest,thecontactthatthedetectorwasmountedatitsbaseshouldbesecureandwell.

待系统在即将调试时，将探测器安装在底座上，要求接触可靠良好。

6.17Ingeneral,installationofthesensorsofgasdetectorinthefieldaspartofnewprojectsshouldbedelayedtothelatestpossiblemomenttillthedetectorsisgoingtotest,andthesensorsshouldnotbeleftwithoutpowersupplyonceinstalled.

气体探测器的镜头宜在尽可能地晚些安装，以避免无电源而丢失。

6.18Electro-chemical-typesensorsshouldonlybeinstalledshortlybeforecommissioningbecausetheyareeasilydamaged.

由于电化学传感器容易损坏，必须在试运前才安装。

6.19Theanti-explosionsealedfittingsofanti-explosiondetector/junctionboxshouldberemainedwellorcannotbeinsteadandcastoffindeedatwill.

防爆探测器和接线盒的防爆密封件必须保留完好，不能随意更换甚至丢弃。

6.20Semi-conductortypeH

6.21Theanti-explosionsealedsurfaceofanti-explosiondetector/junctionboxshouldbekeptcleanness.

防爆探测器和接线盒的防爆密封面必须保持清洁。

6.22Themetalexternalshell/supportofdetector/junctionboxshallhavereliablegrounding.

探测器和接线盒的金属外壳及支架须可靠接地。

7.0MountingOfButtonsAndAlarmingDevices.

按钮和报警装置的安装

7.1Thepushbuttonsandalarmingdevicesshallbemountedatthepositionsspecifiedintheconstructiondrawings.Theheightshallmeettherequirementofdrawingsandspecifications.Themountingshallbeproperly,securely,correctitude.Thegeneralconfigurationofpipingshallbeneatandpleasingtotheeye.

按钮和报警器应按施工图所指定的位置安装，其标高应能满足施工图和规范要求，安装要求牢固、端正，其配管要求横平竖直，美观大方。
