7、g and Storage Procedure.现场材料管理应符合NH-HDPE+PP-QCPR-331材料装卸及发放程序的要求。3.1 The equipment and materials delivered to site shall have the factory certificates and necessary manufacturers technical documents. They shall be examined to make sure they are as per the purchase orders requirements. Perform visual

8、 inspection to any defects such as damage, corrosion or deformation. 运到现场的设备和器材均应有出厂合格证和必要的厂家技术文件，对其进行检查，确认其符合定单要求。检查设备外观是否有损坏、腐蚀、变形等缺陷。3.2 The equipment and materials shall be properly stored in cool, dry and clean place to avoid dust, moisture and corrosion. 设备及器材应妥善保管在清洁干燥凉爽的场所，并应采取防尘、防潮、防腐等措施。4.

9、0 Installation Of Protective Conduit: 保护管安装4.1 The types & specifications of protective conduits, and the specifications of T shape joints, elbow or connections shall conform to the requirements of the construction drawings. 保护管的型号、规格，T型接头、弯头和连接件等规格应符合施工图要求。4.2 The protective conduit of all signal a

10、nd power cable shall be properly laid, away from access way and hot surface as well as not to interfere with other installations. 所有信号和电源电缆的保护管应适当铺设，离开通道和热表面，不妨碍其它设备的安装。4.3 The protective conduits shall be mounted securely with suitable mountings. 保护管应用合适的固定件牢固固定。 4.4 Steel conduit shall be earthed

11、at its one end.金属导管必须有一端接地。5.0 Installation Of Control Panel 控制盘的安装5.1 The embedded shaped-steel shall be installed according to the coordinate position and marks of the construction drawings. The shaped-steel shall be properly leveled, with sufficient space for cable entrance. 按施工图的坐标位置和标记安装好基础型钢，要

12、求型钢平整，有电缆进入的足够空间。5.2 The control panel shall be positioned on the embedded shaped-steel and bolted, after adjustment has been made. The verticality and levelness for installation of control panel shall be in accordance with the requirement of the construction drawings.将控制盘就位在基础型钢上，并进行找正，找正后用螺栓固定在型钢上

13、，控制盘安装垂直度和水平度符合施工图要求。5.3 The control panel must be tagging. 控制盘要标位号5.4 The steel foundation/frame of control panel shall be earthed reliably as per the drawings requirement.控制盘的基础型钢及框架必须按图纸要求可靠接地。6.0 The Installation Of Detectors 检测器安装6.1 For flammable gas detectors, a maximum distance of shall not

14、exceed 1 m from the potential leak source seals of centrifugal process gas compressors and pumps.易燃气体探测器距离气体压缩机和泵的潜在泄漏源的密封口在1 m以内的适宜。6.2 Sensors and gas detectors may be positioned at approximately the same elevation as the potential source of leakage, but should not be located lower than 1 meter ab

15、ove grade or ground level as per drawings requirement to avoid damage by ingress of splash water.气体探测器和传感器应按图纸要求尽可能安装在潜在泄漏源同一平面上，但不低于1 m的所在地面，以免溅入水而损坏。6.3 Typical locations for detectors with shutdown action are where air shall be normally free from flammable gas, such as:气体探测器不能安装在以下的空气进出口处。- air i

16、nlets for HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning)- 空调通风口。- air outlets of enclosed hazardous areas/modules, etc.- 封闭的危险区或储仓等的出口。- air inlet to analyzer houses.- 分析房的空气入口。- the suction of instrument air compressors- 空气压缩机的吸入口- inlets to breathing air systems.- 呼吸空气系统的入口。6.4 H2S gas detectors

17、 shall be located close to potential sources of leakage, such as at pump and compressor seals, and also at 2 to 4 metres distance to detect further dispersion of gas.硫化氢气体探测器应在距潜在泄漏源2-4米处的安装，6.5 As H2S-containing vapors are often heavier than air and tend to disperse downwards, detectors should be l

18、ocated at levels lower than the expected leak source (but not lower than 1 m above grade). However, if the vapour is lighter than air (possibly due to a higher temperature) detectors should be located at levels above the expected leak source.如果硫化氢蒸气比空气重，气体探测器安装必须比潜在泄漏源平面低(但不能低于距地面1米)，如果硫化氢蒸气比空气轻(预期温

19、度较高)，气体探测器安装必须比潜在泄漏源平面高。6.6 H2S gas detectors shall be placed along logical entrance routes to an H2S -containing process area.硫化氢气体探测器应顺着硫化氢处理区的入口通道安装。6.7 Semi-conductor type H2S sensors should not be left exposed to atmospheric air, unless under powered conditions. If it is expected that power-off

20、 conditions may be of a long duration, the sensors should be disconnected and stored in a dryness and clean atmosphere with caps on in order to avoid to ingress of moisture which will eventually lead to permanent damage.半导体型的硫化氢传感器除非在供电情况下，否则不能暴露在大气中。如果预计持续停电时间长，传感器必须不接线并储存在干燥清洁的大气中，以避免湿气侵入而损坏。6.8 D

21、iffusion-type smoke/heat detectors maximum spacing shall be in accordance with national/local fire protection standards and the manufacturers recommendations.烟或热感探测器间的最大距离应符合地方或国家标准和厂家推荐的要求。6.9 Optical type fire detectors shall be positioned such that they can see the entire section to be protected.

22、 They shall be mounted so that they are free from the effects of vibration and shock, spaced in accordance with the manufacturers or designs recommendations.火陷探测器必须按厂商和图纸要求安装在没有震动影响而且能够监视整个保护区的位置。6.10 Optical type fire detectors shall be protected against the effects of water and the possibility of

23、freezing/ fouling of their windows / lenses while taking care not to degrade their function, during installing period.为避免火陷探测器视窗和镜头功能退化，在安装期间，应保护火陷探测器视窗和镜头免受水冷冻和污垢污染。6.11 The location of the detectors shall be as per the drawings requirements, the spacing between detectors, and the position of venti

24、lation inlet or outlet shall meet the requirements of specifications and drawing. Location of detectors should be defined by designer.根据施工图的要求，探测器的安装位置距通风进出口的距离应满足规范和图纸的要求，变更探测器的安装位置应由设计确认。6.12 Check the models & sizes of detectors are as per the drawings requirements. 检查探测器的型号、规格应符合施工图要求。6.13 Detec

25、tors shall be mounted on support secure to the corresponding ceiling or floor and located as per the construction drawings. The junction boxes shall be fitted at the corresponding positions with the wire properly laid out and terminate at the JB. 按施工图及确定的安装位置，将探测器牢固固定在相应的天花板或地板上，并在相应的位置安装接线盒，注意底座穿线孔

26、与接线盒的配合。6.14 The position of the warning light shall be on passageway easily seen by operators.探测器的报警灯，应面向便于人员观察的主要出入口方向。6.15 On the basis of detectors position combined with construction drawings. The wires from control panel to each detector shall be used strands of different colors for easy diffe

27、rentiation termination. The detector base connection should be correct and fastness. The cable protection conduit and wiring out and in hole of the detector base and junction box should be sealed after finishing connection and testing.根据探测器位置结合施工图，从控制盘配线到各探测器底座，用不同颜色的导线来区分不同的用途，在探测器底座接线，接线要求正确、牢固，接线

28、和测试完毕应封堵电缆护管、探测器底座和接线 盒的穿线孔。6.16 When the system is going to test , the contact that the detector was mounted at its base should be secure and well.待系统在即将调试时，将探测器安装在底座上，要求接触可靠良好。6.17 In general, installation of the sensors of gas detector in the field as part of new projects should be delayed to the

29、 latest possible moment till the detectors is going to test, and the sensors should not be left without power supply once installed.气体探测器的镜头宜在尽可能地晚些安装，以避免无电源而丢失。6.18 Electro-chemical-type sensors should only be installed shortly before commissioning because they are easily damaged.由于电化学传感器容易损坏，必须在试运

30、前才安装。6.19 The anti-explosion sealed fittings of anti-explosion detector/junction box should be remained well or can not be instead and cast off indeed at will. 防爆探测器 和接线 盒的防爆密封件必须保留完好，不能随意更换甚至丢弃。6.20 Semi-conductor type H6.21 The anti-explosion sealed surface of anti-explosion detector/junction box

31、should be kept cleanness.防爆探测器和接线 盒 的防爆密封面必须保持清洁。6.22 The metal external shell/support of detector/junction box shall have reliable grounding.探测器和接线 盒的金属外壳及支架须可靠接地。7.0 Mounting Of Buttons And Alarming Devices. 按钮和报警装置的安装7.1 The pushbuttons and alarming devices shall be mounted at the positions speci

32、fied in the construction drawings. The height shall meet the requirement of drawings and specifications. The mounting shall be properly, securely, correctitude. The general configuration of piping shall be neat and pleasing to the eye.按钮和报警器应按施工图所指定的位置安装，其标高应能满足施工图和规范要求，安装要求牢固、端正，其配管要求横平竖直，美观大方。7.2 For the outdoor buttons mounting, the location shall be as per drawings, and mount on support secured to the ground,
