TheManagementIsTheCommunication

Themanagementcommunicationisinthemanagementtheextremelyimportantpart.Themanagementandbythesuperintendentbetweentheeffectivecommunicationisanymanagementartessence.Buttheorganizationisforachievesitscommongoalaccordingtocertainruleandtheprocedurethecoagulationcommunity,theorganizationgoalrealizationornotisdecidedintheorganizationthemanagementcommunicatesunimpededly,theeffectivemanagementcommunicationiswhetheradvantageousintheinformationisorganizinginternalfullflowingandsharing,mayenhancetheorganizationtheworkingefficiency,theenhancementorganizationdecision-makingscience,therationality.Moreoverthebehavioralsciencetheorytellsus,organizesthememberisnotthepurematerialinterestpursuer,theysimultaneouslyalsohavetheenergeticleveldemand.Forinstancesaidtotheorganization(enterprise)senseofbelonging,senseofhonorandsenseofparticipation,butallthesealsoallaredrawssupportintheeffectivemanagementcommunicationcanrealize.Becauseonlythentheeffectivemanagementcommunication,organizesmember'sopinion,thesuggestiontobeabletoobtainthefullvalue;Onlythentheeffectiveorganizationcommunication,organizestheappraisalandtheapprovalwhichmember'sjobperformancecanobtainshouldhave.Lookedlikefromtheenterpriseculturethat,theenterprisecultureistheenterprisecorevalueswhichtheenterprisestaffaltogetherhas,isconsciousnesscategory.Theenterprisecultureformationdependsoninorganizesbetweenmember'sgoodcommunicationtoachievethefinalvaluestheapproval.Thereforesaid,managesthecommunicationisallbusinessmanagementbehaviorsoul.Mentions“themanagementcommunication”,"ManagementsciencePrinciple"hasinevitablyinanyeditioninvolves.Itsimportantnatureisobvious.Butasifverymanybusinessmanagementpersonnelregardingthisnotverybiginterest,becausetheythought:

Thecommunicationisnottheverydifficultmatter,wenotallareeverydaycarryingonvariouscommunicationintheenterpriseinternalandexternal?

Indeed,weconstantlyallarecommunicating,justlikewebreathetheairsamenature.But,weorganizethemanagementcommunicationcarriesonisnotveryeffective,isperfectaswellasisfull.Theresultappearedmanyinformationdistortions,organizesinternalfillrumorrumors;Therelationshipbetweensuperiorandsubordinateisnotharmonious,betweenthecolleaguesuspectedmutually,theupperformationdecision-makingcannotobtaincarriesoutandsoonfullynotthegoodsituation.Theseregardingtheorganization(enterprise),allisthehiddendangerquestionswhichtheorganizationdevelops.Howimprovesthemanagementcommunicationtoavoidortoreducethesequestionseffectivelytheappearance?

Thisisoneorganizesthequestionnowundertheinformationsocietybackgroundwhich(enterprise)theleaderandtheadministrativepersonnelsallareworthcarefullyexaminingandtaking.

Whatisthemanagement?

Repliedthisquestionsaidalwaysisthepuzzleallmanagementscholarandmanagespractitioner'smatter,managementextensionextremelybroadness,asbigasNationalgovernment'sactivity,asslightlyasthecommoncommonpeople'sbasickitchennecessitiesfirewood,allismakingthemanagement.Managementenvironmentintenseinfluence,althoughhassomerulestobepossibletoseek,butmoretimesneedstomakethejudgmentaccordingtotheenvironmentspecialdetails,thenmotion.Thereforeallsaidthemanagementnotonlyisasciencealsoisanart.Superintendent'sresponsibilitynothingbutistheplan,theorganization,theassociationaccent,thehumanaffairs,thecontrol,superintendent'sworkismanagesthe"respectivestaffthrough"toachievetheorganizationgoal.Butmorepracticesprovedthat,superintendent'ssuccessfulkeyliesin"tolead".Humanist,drivesthemorale,thebuildingatmosphere,bytheeffectiverealizationorganizationandstaff'swin-wingoal,isnowatlastarolewhichthesuperintendentshouldtakeon.Ibelievedthat,thecommunicationisextremelyimportant,therefore,Ibelieved,themanagementisthecommunication.

Whatisthecommunication?

Thecommunicationisreferstotheinformation,thethoughtandtheemotioninthemanagementsciencedefinitiontheprocesswhichorbetweenthecommunitytransmitsinindividual.Thecommunicationgoalisnotmerelytothesignificancetransmission,butalsomusttothesignificanceunderstandandachievethemutualrecognition.“Regardlessofgreatthought,ifdoesnottransmitforotherpeopleandwereunderstoodbyotherpeople,allismeaningless.”Aninformationagebigcharacteristicisthechange.Thetimeischanging,themarketisalsochanging,theenterprisetooksocialtheeconomicsubject,mustpromptbesupposedtothemarketshift,acceleratestheinformationtransmissionandthefeedback,thisthespeedandthepipelinemultiplicationwhichcommunicatestotheenterpriseandsoonsetthenewrequest.Carryonthoroughlyalongwiththetimechangeaswellastheenterprisereform,theenterprisepersonnel'sstructurealsohadtheverysweepingchange,thestaffyouthoriented,theknowledge-baseddegreehadtheenhancement,tooktheself-valuetherealization,thereforethemodernbusinessmanagementtakehumanthismanagementasamainstream.Japanmanagesthescientisttobelievethat,thehumanistmanagementisamethodwhichonekindofdependenceopensheartmutually,makeseachpersontorealizecorrectlytohimthedutyandtheloadresponsibilitywhichshouldcompleteintheorganization.Thiskindofmanagementpatternemphasishumansentimentanduserfriendly.Butmustimplementthemanagement,thecommunicationutilizationiseffectivelyagoodprinciple.

AmericanrenownedfuturecigarJohnNaisbittoncesaidthat,“Thefuturecompetitionwillbethemanagementcompetition,thecompetitionfocalpointliesinbetweeneachsocialorganizationinternalmemberandwithinexteriororganization'seffectivecommunication”.Thecommunicationisthemanagementmostimportantconstituent,maysaythecommunicationisanymanagementartessence.Theclassicsmanagementtheoryschoolofthoughtmanagementsevenfunctionsdiscussare:

Plan,organization,humanaffairs,direction,coordination,report,budget,inthesesevenaspects,regardlessofistheplanformulation,theworkorganization,

Weareenteringtheknowledgeeconomyandtheemotioneconomicaltime,people'sworkcontentaremoreandmoremanybytheknowledge,thethoughtiscomposedforthecoreinformationprocessingandthetransmission,moreandmoremanyworkbringhavetheneedtakethesentimentasthefoundationinterpersonalinteractioncolor.Speakingoftheenterprise,staff'screativityandinterpersonalrelationshipabilitygraduallywilloccupytheleadingrole,butstaff'screationabilityandinterpersonalrelationshipabilitywillreceiveimmediatesuperior'smanagementstyleandthecorporatecultureinfluence.Fromthetechnologicalinnovationangle,researchesanddevelopsthepersonnelifcannothavethegoodmood,displaysverydifficultlyowntalent;Lookedfromservicereforming,ifdoesnothavethegoodmoodinthecompanyinterior,heservesdirectlythecustomernotgreatlypossiblyfeelsthegoodmood.Thereforeneedsthroughthecommunicationtounderstandanyisthestafftrueneed,anyis,anywhichthestaffworriesis,onlythenhasfoundoutthesebasicsituationswhichthestafflikes,Canletthestaffnothavetheextraworries,inworktimecannottakeintoconsiderationinvestsowncompleteenergyintotheoperationin,seeksthebenefitmaximizationforthecompany.
