Thepurposeofteachingisintendedtomakethelearnersawareofthefactthatthebodylanguageplaysanimportantpartinthedailylife.Someinformationcanleadthelearnersintothehottopicaboutthefacialexpression.ThepictureAshowsthattheopenmouthandtheraisedeyebrowsonlyindicatethatafurrowedbrowandclenchedteethveryoftenexpressafeelingofanger.ThefacialexpressioninpictureCtellsthelearnersthatagirlisverysadbecauseofherdroopingmouth.Aheadonlearnersarerequiredtoscanthepassageastastastheycanordertohaveabetterunderstandingofthebodylanguage.

Believeitornot,postureandgesturebothfallintothecatalogueofthebodylanguage,whichhaslongbeenexistinginourdailylife.Weconveyourfeelingsandemotionsbymeansof

bodylanguage.Thewaywesit,stand,speakandwear,ofcourse,containsacertainkindofposturethatwearetalkingabout.

Facialexpressionisconsideredtobeoneoftheclearestexpressionsthatpeoplecanseeinashortconversation,whileeyecontactseemstobeveryimportantandquitenecessaryinthelanguagecommunication.Thispassagealsoaimsatenablingthelearnerstobeabletobettercommunicatetheirfeelingsandemotionsbyusingtheirownbodylanguagesintheirdailyconversations.Ifpossible,oneortwolearnerswillbeaskedtopresenttheirfacialexpressionintheclassroomperformance.Asfarasthelanguagepointsareconcerned,whatwearetryingtodoistohelpthelearnersaccuratelyapplywhattheywillhavelearnedtothepracticaluseintheupcomingclasses.
