1、Systemconfiguration:
系统组成：
1.1、Thewholesystemismadeupwiththefollowingequipments:
4unitsGP706pre-filters,4unitsHE706filters,2unitsIR212Dheatlessregenerationdryers,4unitsDP706filters,interiorpipes,valves,1unitsbase,pipingsupport.
整个系统由以下部分设备组成：
4台GP706预过滤器、4台HE706过滤器、2台IR212D无热再生式干燥机、4台DP706过滤器、相应内部管道、阀门、1个底座、管道支架等组成。

3、Processbrief
流程简述
Thepackageproducescompressedair,throughDN50pipeline,enterstheGP/HEfilter,hightemperaturecompressedairiscooledinthewetairreceivers,atthesametime,separatesthewateroutoftheair.Afterthat,thecompressedairiswipedoffsomeoil-watermixture,dustgrainintheHEfilter.Next,thecompressedairiswipedoffmorewaterintheair,makesthedew-pointcometo-40℃intheheatregenerationdryer.Finally,intheafter-filter,lumdriergrainswillbegettingridofthecompressedairtoreachtheinstrumentsairusingrequirement.（ISO8573.11-2-1）
空气压缩机机组产生的压缩空气，通过DN50管道先后进入GP/HE过滤器，然后进入HE过滤器，去除油水混合物、粉尘颗粒物。
下一步进入到无热再生式干燥机，进一步去除空气中水分，使得空气压缩空气的露点达到－40℃。
最后进入后置过滤器，去除干燥过程中干燥剂产生的1um的颗粒，使得最终空气质量达到仪表空气用气要求。

4.1、Systemconfiguration
系统组成

整个仪表用气空气压缩机橇由以下几个部分组成：
4套GP初级过滤器、4套HE过滤器、2台（IR212D）无热再生式干燥机、4套DP过滤器组成（分为两组）。
4.2、Systemdescription
系统说明
Pre-filterphase（singlegroup）:
thetwoGPpre-filterareinstalled,eachonehas19.76m3/minfiltratecapability,oneunitisoperating;anotherisstand-by.Compressairwillbeinitialfiltrateandreducemixedoil-waterandsomegrain,theoilcontainerquantityshouldless0.5mg/m3@21℃.
预过滤阶段（一组）：
配置有2台GP预过滤器，每台过滤器的处理能力为：
19.76m3/min（FAD），一开一备。
压缩空气进行初步过滤，去除部分油水混合物以及部分颗粒物，使压缩空气中含油量小于0.5mg/m3@21℃。
After-filterphase（singlegroup）:
thetwoHEfiltersareinstalled,eachonehas19.76m3/minfiltratecapability,oneofthemarebackup.Compressairwillbefiltrateulteriorlyandgetridof0.001umgrain,includingmixedoil-water.Theoilcontainerquantityshouldbeless0.01mg/m3@21℃.
精密过滤阶段（一组）：
配置有2台HE过滤器，每台过滤器的处理能力为：
19.76m3/min（FAD），一开一备。
对压缩空气进行进一步处理，去除小至0.01微米的颗粒物，包括油水混合物，使压缩空气中的含油量降至0.01mg/m3@21℃。
Airdrynessphase（singlegroup）:
oneheatlessregenerationdryercangetridofwatervapor,theairdewpointis－40℃afterdealwith.
空气干燥阶段（一组）：
配置有1台IR212D无热再生式干燥机，其作用是去除压缩空气中水分，经过处理后空气露点为－40℃。
GP/HEfilter,heatlessregenerationdryerandDPfilterwillbeinstalledtogetherandmakeupaCompressorsskid,theformdimensionis4500×3200×2460（mm）.
GP/HE过滤器、无热再生式干燥机、DP过滤器安装在一起，组成后空压机橇，橇的外形尺寸为3800×2600×2850（mm）。
Thewholesystemisreliable,andtheequipmentshavebackupsystem,whichneedsmallroomandbeconvenienttomaintainafteroptimization.
整个系统较为可靠，相关设备均有备用系统。
整个系统经过优化，占地面积较小。
同时考虑到设备检修的需要。

4.3.2、OperationSpecification
操作说明
Beforestartingup,checkthevalvesaccordingtoP&IDdrawing,makesuretheyareopenedorclosed,connecttheelectricalresourceandcontrolwiring.
在开机之前，检查所有阀门状态，确认所有阀门状态同P&ID一致。
确认连接电源正确。
4.3.3、Maintainingspecificationofskidpackage
空气系统后处理橇维修说明
NOTE:
WHENMAKEEQUIPMENTSMAINTENANCE,PLEASECLOSETHEISOLATEDVALVESANDOPENTHEDRAINVALVESOFCOMPRESSORSTODISCHARGETHEREMAINEDCOMPRESSEDAIRINTOATMOSPHERE,THENSTART,ORWEWILLNOTBERESPONSIBLEFORANYPERSONALSAFETY.
重要说明：
设备检修时请将隔离阀关闭，将泄放阀阀门打开，将设备内残余的压缩空气泄放到大气压中，方可进行维修。
否则，我们不负任何人身安全责任。
ØMaintainingofGP、HE&DPfilters:
GP、HE&DP过滤器的检修
Moreandmoreimpuritiesaregatheredinthefilterwhentimegoesby,soitisnecessarytomaintainit.Particularly,changethecorewhenitsneedleofpressuredifferenceindicatorpointtotheredarea.
随着时间推移，越来越多的固体颗粒聚集在过滤器中。
当过滤器的压差指示器指针偏向红色区域时，有必要对过滤器更换滤芯。
Thereare2unitsoffiltersineachgrouponeonoperationandonestand-bynormally.Thereareisolatedvalvesbeforeandaftereachfilter.Corecanbechangedwhenthevalvesofthestandbyfilterareopenandthatofmaintainingfilterareclosed.
每组有两只过滤器，一用一备。
关闭需要检修的过滤器两端的隔离阀，同时打开另一只过滤器两端隔离阀，即可对该过滤器进行更换滤芯或检修。
ØMaintainingofHeatlessRegenerativeAirDryer:
无热再生式干燥机的检修
Beforemaintainthedryer,besurecloseisolatedvalvebeforeandafterthedryer,openthedrainvalvesofdryertodischargetheremainedcompressedairintoatmosphere,andopentheisolatedvalvebeforeandafterthestandbydryer.
检修时，关闭干燥机两端的隔离阀，打开泄放阀，将设备内残余的压缩空气泄放到大气压中，同时开启旁通阀。

4.3.4、Condensatemanagementinskidpackagesystem
橇冷凝液管理
Whentheairisbeingcompressed,theliquidmixtureiscondensate.Theautodrainvalveatthebottomofthefilterwillfreetheliquidautomatically.Condensatedrainingcanbeobservedthroughthefunnelunderthefilterusedtocollectcoolingliquids,whichconnectedwiththecondensatesystemoftheskid.
空气中含有大量水分，当对空气压缩时，空气中水分凝结成冷凝液析出，过滤器的作用就是将压缩空气中冷凝液析出，过滤器底部设有用自动排水阀，自动排水阀不定时自动将过滤器中冷凝液排除；过滤器下部设有冷凝液收集漏斗，通过漏斗可以清楚观察过滤器冷凝液排放情况。
漏斗与橇面冷凝液收集系统相联。
Thedrainpipelineontheskidisconnectedwiththesystemdrainpipelineoftheplatform,andthecondensatesystemoftheskidisanopensystem.
橇内设有排水管，排水管与平台总排水管相接。
空气压缩机橇冷凝液系统为开式系统。
