厦门大学法学院研究生学位论文技术规范

FormatRequirementsfortheMasterandDoctoralDissertations,LawSchool,XiamenUniversity

（2005年10月修订）

为了规范本院硕士研究生和博士研究生学位论文的书写技术，按照《厦门大学学位论文规范》的要求，特详作如下规定：

Inordertostandardisetheformatofdissertationsformasteranddoctoraldegree,theformatrequirementsforthedissertationaresetoutasfollows:

一、论文格式

Formationofdissertation

（一）开本

Booksize

论文的打印和印刷纸张的规格标准为A4。

ThedissertationshouldbeprintedinA4format.

（二）框架

学位论文按序一般由以下部分组成：

（1）封面；

（2）学位论文原创性声明；（3）学位论文著作权使用声明；（4）中文摘要（后接“关键词”）；（5）英文摘要（后接“关键词”）；（6）缩略语表和案例表；（7）目录；（8）正文：

前言（引言、导言等）、主文、结论（尾论、余论等）；（9）附件（加列“重要法条”内容等）；（10）参考文献；（11）后记（确有必要者）；（12）封底。

Thedissertationshouldnormallyconsistofthefollowingsections:

（三）封面

Cover

1、颜色：

浅色（白、浅黄、浅绿、浅蓝）；

Color:

lightcolor（e.g.white,lightyellow,lightgreen,lightblue）

2、封面的字体、字号和排版要求（见本技术规范附件一）；

Styleofcharacter,sizeofcharacterandsettype（cf.annexI）

3、封面的论文题目需要中、英文，英文题目在中文题目之下；

ChinesetitleandEnglishtitle;ChinesetitleprintedabovetheEnglishtitle

4、论文书脊的要求（如右图）

（1）在论文的书脊以紧排依序打印中文：

论文名称、作者姓名、

（四）原创性声明和著作权使用声明

Declarationoforiginalityandstatementofauthorship

1、《厦门大学学位论文原创性声明》（见本技术规范附件二）；

2、《厦门大学学位论文著作权使用声明》（见本技术规范附件三）。

（五）内容摘要

Abstract

1、文字：

中文和英文各一份（“内容摘要”统一英译为ABSTRACT）；中、英文摘要及其关键词分别各置一页内；字号小四宋体；

BothChineseandEnglishabstractsareneededwithkeywordsattachedbelowrespectively.SizeoftheCharactershouldbeSongtypefaceinsmall4.

2、字数：

中文600字左右；英文3500字符左右；

ForChineseabstracts,itshouldcontainaround600words;Englishabstract,3500characters.

3、内容：

重点概述本文研究的问题、意义、创新之处和主要观点、结论等。

Theabstractshouldmakeclearthefocus,meaning,innovationororiginality,mainideasandconclusionofthedissertation.

（六）关键词

Keywords

1、关键词数量：

不超过3个，能体现论文的主要内容，词组符合学术规范；

Keywordsshouldbenomorethan3wordsorphrases;shouldbeabletoconveythemainideasofthedissertation;thechoiceofwordsshouldreflecttheusagesacceptedbytheacademiccommunity.

2、每个关键词字数：

不超过5个字；

Eachgroupofkeywordsshouldcontainnomorethan5words;

3、字号字体：

小四号宋体；

Sizeandfronts:

Songtypefaceinsmall4.

4、多个关键词之间用分号隔开；

Onegroupofkeywordsshouldbeseparatedfromanotherbysemicolon.

5、格式例示：

Sample:

（七）缩略语表和案例表

AbbreviationsandTaleofcases

“缩略语表”统一译为Abbreviations；“案例表”统一译为TableofCases。

（八）目录

Contents

1、中英文各一份（“目录”统一英译为CONTENTS）；

BothChinesecontentsandEnglishcontentsareneeded.

2、至少要示明“章、节、目”（分别统一英译为Chapter1,Subchapter2,Section3）的标题、

“前言等”、“结论等”、“参考文献”（统一英译为Bibliography）等及其页码；

Thecontentsshouldbecomprisedofatleastthreelevelsofheadings,i.e.chapter,subchapter,section.Itshouldcontainthetitlesofeachheading,introduction,conclusion,referencesandpagenumber.

3、章的标题的字号：

四号黑体加重；

Sizefor“chapter”:

Boldfaceinsize4.

4、节的标题的字号：

小四黑体加重；

For“subchapter”:

Boldfaceinsmall4.

5、目的标题的字号：

小四宋体。

For“section”:

Songtypefaceinsmall4.

（九）前言

Introduction

前言（引言、导言等）不列为“章”，不加序号。

Introduction/forewordshouldnotbedeemedachapter,andnotbeprecededbyanordernumber.

（十）主文

Mainbody

1、排版

Settype

（1）字体字号：

小四号、宋体；

Size:

Songtypeface,small4

（2）行距：

1Î1.5；

Linespacing:

1Î1.5

（3）每行字数：

32-33字；

Eachlineshouldcontainaround32-35words.

（4）每页须加“页眉”和“页码”。

Eachpageshouldcontainpageheaderandpagenumber.

2、标题格式

Titleforeachlevel

（1）章的标题：

小三号加重黑体；

Titleofchapters:

Boldtype,fontsize,small3.

（2）节的标题：

四号加重黑体；

Titleofsubchapter:

Boldtype,fontsize,size4.

（3）目及子目以下编号按“一、

（一）、1、

（1）、①、A、a”顺序递进；

Sectionsandsubsectionsshouldbedevelopedinaccordancewiththefollowingsequence:

（4）目及子目以下的标题：

小四号加重黑体；

Titleofsectionsandsubsections:

Boldtype,fontsize,small4.

（5）标题一般要简明扼要，体现阐述内容的重点，无标点符号。

3、表格

Tables

（1）表格要有：

编号、表名（小四号宋体加重）、单位；表号和表名要居中，单位在表右上方；

Tablesshouldcontainthenumberoftables,title（songtypeface,fontsize,small4）,andunits.Thenumberandtitleofthetablesshouldbeplacedinthemiddle.

（2）表格中要注明“项目”（例如，数据的名称、时间）；

Themeaningofthefiguresandstatisticsinthetableshouldbeclarified.

（3）资料来源要标明“作者、资料来源名称、时间”用小五宋体，置表格左下方；

Sourcesofthedatashouldbemadeclearinsongtypeface,small5,placedbelowthetableontheleftside.Itshouldstatethenameoftheauthor,thetitle,andtimeoftheformationofthesourcesofdata.

（4）表与上下正文之间各空一行。

Betweenthetableandthetextofthedissertationthereshouldbeaspaceofaline.

4、制图

Charts

（1）图要有：

编号、图名（小四号宋体加重）、单位；图号和图名要居图上方或下方的正中；

Achartshouldcontainthenumber,title（songtypeface,fontsize,small4）andunits.Thenumberandtitleofthechartsshouldbeplacedaboveorbelowthechartsandplacedinthemiddle.

（2）图形要标明计量单位；

Unitsusedinthechartsshouldbemarked.

（3）图的资料来源要示明“作者、来源名称、时间”，用小五宋体，置图左下方；

Sourcesofthechartsshouldstatethename,thetitleandthetimeofformationoftheinformation,insongtypeface,small5,placedbelowthechartsandplacedintheleftside.

（4）图与上下正文之间各空一行。

（十一）结论

Conclusion

1、结论不列为“章”，不加序号；

Conclusionisnottobedeemedasachapter,andshouldbeprecededbyordernumbers.

2、“鸣谢”之类的非学术性内容只能在“后记”中体现，不得加入“结论”部分。

Non-academiccontents,likeacknowledgements,shouldbeplacedintheappendix,butnotinconclusion.

（十二）参考文献

References

1、列表时应以“参考文献”（居中）作为标识；以小三号加重黑体标出；

Thetitle“References”shouldbeplacedinthemiddle,inboldtype,fontsize,small3.

2、主要参考文献按著作、论文、辞书、资料（法规、案例等）汇编等分类排序。

每类文献中先列中文文献，再列译文文献，最后列外文文献；以四号加重黑体标出；

Referencesshouldbelistedinaccordancewiththefollowingsequence:

books,articles,dictionariesandencyclopedias,statutes,andcases.Andforeachtypeofreferences,Chinesematerialsshouldprecedethetranslatedmaterials,whichshouldbefollowedbymaterialsinforeignlanguages.Thereferencesshouldbeinboldtype,fontsize,small4.

3、各文献序号左顶格，用阿拉伯数字加方括号标示；

Theordernumberofeachreferenceshouldbeplacedontheleftsidetheline,usingArabicnumeralsandbrackets.

4、英文文献按作者（或第一作者）“姓”而非“名”的第一个字母的先后顺序排列；同一作者有两篇以上文献的，按出版或发表时间“由新到旧”排列；

Inthebibliography,thereferencesarearrangedinalphabeticalorderof（first）author'ssurnameandwithinthisinchronologicalorder.

5、中文文献按作者（或第一作者）姓氏的拼音字母的先后顺序排列；同一作者有两篇以上文献的，按出版或发表时间“由新到旧”排列；

Inthebibliography,thereferencesarearrangedinalphabeticalorderof（first）author'ssurnameandwithinthisinchronologicalorder.

6、各参考文献的格式同正文中的引文，但无需加引文的页码；

Thereferencesshouldcontainsimilarinformationasthefootnotesinthetextsofthemainbody,theonlydifferencebeingthatthereferencesneednopagenumbers.

7、每一条目的最后均以实心点结束。

Eachreferenceshouldbeendedwithasolidpoint.

（十三）其他

Others

1、除有特殊需要外，论文中的英文概用TimeNewRoman字体打印；

Inprinciple,EnglishwordsshouldbeprintedinTimeNewRomanunlessspecialrequirementsdictateotherwise.

2、除有特殊需要外，论文中的阿拉伯数字概用TimeNewRoman字体打印。

Inprinciple,ArabicnumeralsshouldbeprintedinTimeNewRomanunlessspecialrequirementsdictateotherwise.

二、注解规则

Rulesforfootnotes

（一）总则

Generalprinciples

1、格式

Format

（1）注解一律采用在当页加脚注，并用横线与正文隔开；序号左顶格，以注码①、②、……标示，换新页仍从①开始；

Onlyfootnotesareallowed,notendnotes.Thefootnotesshouldbeseparatedfromthetextofthemainbodybyasingleline.Ordernumberofthefootnotesshouldbeplacedontheleftsideoftheline,andmarkedwith①、②、…….Theordernumbershouldrestarteachpage.

（2）注码应置于句后的标点之后，而不是标点之前。

例如，×××××，①或“×××××。

（3）注解用小五宋体。

2、多次引用

Repeatedreferences

（1）同一中文文献同页前后连续引者，用“同上，第×××页。

”；如引文页码也相同，用“同上。

”即可；

ConsecutivereferenceswithinthesamepagereferringtosameChineseworkshallusetheexpression“同上，第×××页。

”Iftherelevantpagenumberisthesame,thereferenceshouldusetheexpression“同上”.

（2）同一英文文献同页前后连续引者，用“Id.,p.8.”或“Id.,pp.3-8.”；如引文页码也相同，用“Id.”即可；

ConsecutivereferenceswithinthesamepagereferringtosameEnglishworkshallusetheexpression“Id.,p.8.”or”Id.,pp.3-8.”.Iftherelevantpagenumberisthesame,thereferenceshouldusetheexpression“id”.

（3）同一中文文献或英文文献不同页者，重新采用完整注释；同页非连续引者，用“同本页注①/②/③……。
