INTRODUCTION
Thisreporthasthepurposeofpresentingthereasonsforcustomercomplaintsin2002.
FIELDINGS
Thecustomercomplaintsreceivedin2002were300inJanuary.Thentheyincreasedto540inFebruarybecauseofthecomputersystem'sbreakdown.
InMarchtheyfellto230becauseanimprovedordersystemwasintroduced.
ThereasonsforcomplaintsfromJanuarytoMarchwereanalysed:
●firstlythecompanvreceivedcomplaintsforincorrectordersdelivered.TheseerrorswerefewerinMarch.
●secondlythetimetakentodeliveristoohigh.butthecompanyhasplannedtorecruitnewagents.
●Finallycustomerscomplainforthepoorproductquality.Inordertosolvethisproblemmorequalitycontrolsaremaking.
CONCLUSIONS
Atthemomentallcustomersaren'tsatisfiedbutmanymeasureshavebeentakentoimprovetheirsatisfaction.
