挡水围堰和抛石挤淤施工方案和平面布置

一、工程概况

本标段在K6+280~K6+500，K6+760~K6+990段的道路路基分别落入老大港河床内，其宽窄不一，以及K7+020处老大港河横贯整个路幅，且在K7+020处有一个横向排水管涵和路基左幅36m处沿道路方向布置有排水箱涵，箱涵断面×m2和×m2。

根据设计图纸和技术交底内容等相关文件，该叁段、处河道内路基全部采取抛石挤淤方案进行施工，抛石工程总量约为40000m3,其中K6+280~K6+510段约为15000m3，K6+760~K6+990段约为15000m3，K7+020处约为10000m3。

二、施工部署及方法

由于该叁段、处不连续，且抛石工作量很大，拟采用逐段施工的方案进行抛石挤淤，即分段截流、抽排河水、抛石挤淤。

1、首先对K7+020处横贯路幅的老大港河进行软基路堤处理。

第一步，两端截流，南端利用已修建好的施工便道，做为挡水围堰，北端在路幅坡脚线处再做一道挡水围堰，具体位置及断面尺寸见平面布置图；第二步，抽排截流段内的河水，河水往北端抽排；第三步，抛石挤淤，和33.6m时，上压路机对其进行充分碾压，要求达到压路机在上面行走不塌陷即可，然后进行管涵施工，待管涵施工完毕，再按照设计图纸抛填至设计标高。

2、再对K6+760~K6+990段进行软基路堤处理，第一步，做挡水围堰，先做K6+990处挡水围堰，待围堰做至能使机械设备跨越河道，而河流又未合拢，河水能自由下泻时止，在路幅坡脚线外开挖排水明渠，将K6+760处老大港河水改道走临时排水明渠，排水明渠的断面尺寸见附图，明渠的纵向坡度按0.5%考虑，以保证排流顺畅。

再进行K6+990处围堰合拢和K6+760处挡水围堰，其布置见平面图；第二步，抽排截流段内的河水；第三步，抛石挤淤，由于路幅左侧36m处有排水箱涵，且箱涵的底口标高分别为33.2m和33.8m，而河床高程分别为33.5m和34.1m，箱涵底口标高低于河床高程约0.3m，决定抛石范围至箱涵边为止。

根据软基路堤处理设计图路施-10，抛石面高程控制在35.5m，用压路机碾压，做到压路机碾压时不塌陷，将挤出的淤泥用挖机堆放在绿化带沿线。

3、后对K6+280~K6+510段进行老大港河的河床内软基路堤处理。

第一步，开挖排水明渠。

虽K6+280处污水从道路右幅横贯路幅至道路左恻，但流量不是很大，开挖排水明渠的断面尺寸可适当根据现场情况决定，以不影响污水排流为宜；第二步，截流。

截流位置见平面图。

第三步，抛石。

抛石顺序为道路右侧向左侧推进，挤出淤泥可用挖机堆放在绿化带位置，施工程序与K6+760~K6+990段相同。

4、抛石时用挖机将大块石料高举下抛，再用挖机斗将石料往下挤压，直至挤压到持力层时止。

三、施工进度

抛石挤淤工作计划从11月15日开始，12月5日完成。

五、质量及安全保证措施

1、质量保证措施

为了保证抛石挤淤的施工质量，①首先必须保证抛石材料合符要求，不能将含有垃圾、树根、淤泥等杂物混入其中。

②其次，抛石挤淤的程序要符合设计或规范的规定，设计文件中已有要求：

a、由路基中央向两侧进行，呈“凸”字形前进。

b、先选用较大的石块，用挖机举高再让石块自由下落。

c、用重型压路机碾压，使石块嵌锁挤紧，排挤淤泥。

③最后将挤出的淤泥用挖机清除干净。

2、安全保证措施：

①在整个施工过程中，我部将派出专职安全员阳丽军，对现场的安全全权负责；

②在施工现场要设置醒目的标志，提醒作业人员或外来人员注意安全，防止机械设备或运输车辆伤人。

挖机抛石时，还需设置围栏或增派安全员。

③由于石头的运输是在夜间进行，所以现场的照明工作和车辆的指挥均需有专人负责。

④抽水用电和照明用电需有专职电工负责，施工期间电工要对电线、开关、配电箱等电路、电器元件随时检查，发现隐患及时改正，防止安全事故的发生。

first,adheretothepartyconstitutiontofollow.Theconstitutionaboutdisciplineandself-disciplinerequiredspecific,awakenthepartyconstitutionofpartycompassespartyconsciousness,maintainingtheauthorityoftheconstitution.GeneralSecretaryXiJinpingpointedoutthat"norules,nosideround.Partyconstitutionisthefundamentallaw,thepartymustfollowthegeneralrules.Inearly2015heldtheeighthsessionoftheCentralCommissionforDisciplineInspectionFifthPlenarySessionofthe16thCentralCommittee,XiJinpingagainpointedoutthatconstitutionisthepartymustfollowthegeneralrules,butalsothegeneralrules."
