1、挡水围堰和抛石挤淤施工方案和平而布置挡水围堰和抛石挤淤施工方案和平面布置一、工程概况本标段在K6+280K6+500，K6+760K6+990段的道路路基分别落入老大港河床内，其宽窄不一，以及K7+020处老大港河横贯整个路幅，且在K7+020处有一个横向排水管涵和路基左幅36m处沿道路方向布置有排水箱涵，箱涵断面m2和m2。根据设计图纸和技术交底内容等相关文件，该叁段、处河道内路基全部采取抛石挤淤方案进行施工，抛石工程总量约为40000m3,其中K6+280K6+510段约为15000m3，K6+760K6+990段约为15000m3，K7+020处约为10000 m3。二、施工部署及方法由

2、于该叁段、处不连续，且抛石工作量很大，拟采用逐段施工的方案进行抛石挤淤，即分段截流、抽排河水、抛石挤淤。1、首先对K7+020处横贯路幅的老大港河进行软基路堤处理。第一步，两端截流，南端利用已修建好的施工便道，做为挡水围堰，北端在路幅坡脚线处再做一道挡水围堰，具体位置及断面尺寸见平面布置图；第二步，抽排截流段内的河水，河水往北端抽排；第三步，抛石挤淤，和33.6m时，上压路机对其进行充分碾压，要求达到压路机在上面行走不塌陷即可，然后进行管涵施工，待管涵施工完毕，再按照设计图纸抛填至设计标高。2、再对K6+760K6+990段进行软基路堤处理，第一步，做挡水围堰，先做K6+990处挡水围堰，待围

3、堰做至能使机械设备跨越河道，而河流又未合拢，河水能自由下泻时止，在路幅坡脚线外开挖排水明渠，将K6+760处老大港河水改道走临时排水明渠，排水明渠的断面尺寸见附图，明渠的纵向坡度按0.5%考虑，以保证排流顺畅。再进行K6+990处围堰合拢和K6+760处挡水围堰，其布置见平面图；第二步，抽排截流段内的河水；第三步，抛石挤淤，由于路幅左侧36m处有排水箱涵，且箱涵的底口标高分别为33.2m和33.8m，而河床高程分别为33.5m和34.1m，箱涵底口标高低于河床高程约0.3m，决定抛石范围至箱涵边为止。根据软基路堤处理设计图路施-10，抛石面高程控制在35.5m，用压路机碾压，做到压路机碾压时不
