易县林旺食用菌种植中心为顺应市场发展需要,拟新上林下食用菌栽培种植项目,建林下食用菌小拱棚个、食用菌菌棒培养简易大棚10个、食用菌菌棒生产线条及扩建改造生产用房。

易县林旺食用菌种植中心依照国家法律、法规办事,企业在生产经营过程中严格执行行业技术标准和操作规范,项目充分体现环保节能和资源综合利用的要求,顺应新形势下农业产业化发展,勇于创新。

通过多方市场调研,根据当地及周边县食用菌销量日益增大而食用菌生产相对滞后的客观需求,拟实施林下食用菌栽培种植项目。

1.2.1拟建项目背景易县地处太行山东麓,总面积2534平方公里,是山区林业大县,山场面积占80%以上,素有“七山一水二分田”之称。

易县气候属于温带半湿润半干旱大陆性季风气候,植物资源丰富,适宜栽植杨树、刺槐等各种水保、用材林和柿树、苹果、桃、杏树、梨、核桃、板栗等各种果树,域内速生丰产林生长量大,适合发展林下食用种植生产。

到20XX年,易县有林面积达到177.5万亩,林木覆盖率达到46.7%,被确定为“国家级林业科技示范县”、“全

国林业标准化示范区”。

凌云册乡常年平均气温13.5℃,降雨量550mm,无霜期为186天,拥有耕地38715亩,年粮食总产量为2.56万吨;凌云册乡总人口3万人,其中乡村从业人员1.7万人,20XX年农民人均纯收入为2700元。

由于易县及临近县域内的食用菌生产还跟不上食用菌的销售需求,目前大多从外地购进,并且林下食用菌生产技术已十分成熟,当地林业资源又很丰富,因此,该项目的建设能为增加当地农民收入、促进乡村经济又好又快发展做出新的贡献。

1.2.2建设地点凌云册乡坐落于中易水河畔,位于易县城区以南10公里,距北京145公里、天津195公里、保定55公里,易黄公路纵贯全境,通村公路已全部硬化,交通十分便利。

1.2.3主要建设内容和规模

在全县13个乡镇新发展林下菌种植100亩、建600个食用菌小拱棚,其中该中心示范种植食用菌10亩(60个小

拱棚)、新建占地10亩的食用菌菌棒培养简易大棚10个;建食用菌菌棒生产线一条,主要设备包括冲压装袋机1台、粉碎机1台、水泵及配套供水设施1套、配套微喷灌设备、100KVA配电变压器1台(套)等;扩建场地60亩(包括10亩食用菌小拱棚和10亩菌棒培养简易大棚占地),扩建改造厂房、库房300平方米,办公生活及其它用房160平方米。

项目建成后,每年培育菌棒达到100万棒,出产高品质的香菇及茶树菇、鸡腿菇等菌种的蘑菇160万斤。
