摘要:

在现代社会企业中,企业文化非常的重要。

文化因素严重影响了公司的业绩。

公司总是在不同的传统和价值观中挣扎,这样就会产生很多问题在业务的进行中或者是在关键的时刻。

知名企业很多,多到我们数都数不过来,但是每一个成功的企业都有自己的企业文化。

我们甚至可以说,有些企业之所以能够知名,就是因为这个企业的文化。

每个企业的文化都有不同点和共同点,我们可以借鉴,可以学习,可以模仿,但我们不能没有,我们要塑造属于自己的企业文化。

企业文化是重中之重,是不可或缺,是企业的灵魂,是成功的主导线。

在本文中,我们将讨论企业文化,和其与企业发展之间的联系与影响。

Inthemodernsocialenterprise,corporatecultureisveryimportant.Theculturalfactorsheavilyaffecttheoutcomeofthecompany.Companiesalwaysstrugglewithdifferenttraditionsandvalues,problemsarisewhenbusinessisconductedandcriticalmomentarises.Therearemanyfamousenterprises,evenmorewecannotcount.Eachsuccessfulenterprisehasitsowncorporateculture.Weevencansay,someenterprisessuccess,isbecausethecorporateculture.Eachcorporateculturehasdifferencesandsimilarities.Wecanuseforreference,wecanstudy,wecancopyit,butwecannotdowithout.Wemustconstructcorporateculturewhichbelongstoourown.Corporatecultureisthetoppriority,isindispensable,isthesoulofanenterprise,isthesuccessfulleadingline.Inthisthesis,wewilltalkaboutcorporatecultureandtherelationshipbetweencorporatecultureandenterprisedevelopment.Herewecanseethreecasestudies.Theywouldbetheverysuitableexamplestoshowustheimportanceofcorporatecultureforenterprisedevelopment.
