Inthemodernsocialenterprise,corporatecultureisveryimportant.Theculturalfactorsheavilyaffecttheoutcomeofthecompany.Companiesalwaysstrugglewithdifferenttraditionsandvalues,problemsarisewhenbusinessisconductedandcriticalmomentarises.Therearemanyfamousenterprises,evenmorewecannotcount.Eachsuccessfulenterprisehasitsowncorporateculture.Weevencansay,someenterprisessuccess,isbecausethecorporateculture.Eachcorporateculturehasdifferencesandsimilarities.Wecanuseforreference,wecanstudy,wecancopyit,butwecannotdowithout.Wemustconstructcorporateculturewhichbelongstoourown.Corporatecultureisthetoppriority,isindispensable,isthesoulofanenterprise,isthesuccessfulleadingline.Inthisthesis,wewilltalkaboutcorporatecultureandtherelationshipbetweencorporatecultureandenterprisedevelopment.Herewecanseethreecasestudies.Theywouldbetheverysuitableexamplestoshowustheimportanceofcorporatecultureforenterprisedevelopment.
