一、工程概况

工程名称:

二、施工任务

本工程基础采用外径400mm长螺旋钻孔压、数量详见下表:

成桩采用长螺杆钻孔管内压灌混凝土的成桩技术。

三、编制依据:

1、《建筑桩基技术规范》（JGJ94-94）及《混凝土结构施工及验收规范》（GB50204-92）

2、《建筑地基基础工程施工质量及验收规范》（GB50202-2002）

3、《工程测量规范》（GB50026-2001）

四、施工准备

1、临时设施

2、定位放线

A、由甲方提供放线导线点和BM点。

B、桩位由我方根据甲方提供的制作点自行放线，并留有定位放线记录，放线需经甲方及监理方验线后方可进入下一步施工工序。

五、长螺旋成孔泵送砼灌注桩工艺

1、长螺旋钻孔

长螺旋钻孔法是一种用大扭矩动力头带动的长螺旋中钻杆快速干钻法，钻孔中的土除了一部分被挤压外大部被输送到螺旋钻杆叶片上，土的上升时被挤压致密与钻杆形成一土柱，土柱与钻杆间隙仅几毫米，类似于一个长活塞。

即使在有地下水的地层，因土柱与钻孔间隙小，钻孔速度快，钻孔内渗出并积存的水很少，因此孔内不会坍塌。

钻杆底部的钻孔设有单向阀，钻至设计深度后停止钻杆回转，把搅好的并储备的砼通过泵管以1-7.5Mpa的压力压至钻头底部，此时单向阀打开，砼压出并推动钻杆上升，随钻杆土柱的上升，孔内砼压满，

工程施工组织设计

由于孔内积聚高压，并有钻杆的抽吸作用，在软土段砼会充盈较多形成扩径桩，对提高承载力很有好处。

该工法的优势在于工艺简单，无噪声及泥浆污染，能在有地下水，含流砂、砂卵层、淤泥层等容易塌孔的地层中灌注优质砼。

桩身完整性好，无断桩、缩径等现象，相对泥浆护壁承载力提高20%左右。

2、砼配制

本工艺所采用的砼为商品砼。

六、施工工序:

根据本工程特点:

先灌砼后下钢筋笼。

（一）施工工序

1、设备进场、安装、各种材料复检，选择有资质的试验室进行砼试配委托。

2、测量放线、定桩位。

3、具备开工条件后，首先进行钢筋笼制作，并按批次进行报验。

4、钻机就位，并进行孔位复核。

5、用长螺旋钻机钻孔至设计孔深。

6、在提升钻杆的同时，开启砼输送泵，压入配制好的砼至地表。

7、停止泵送砼，钻杆提升至地面。

8、移开钻机，安放预先制作好的钢筋笼至设计标高。

9、桩机移至下一孔位。

七、各工序技术要求

1、场地整平至设计标高，并压实。

2、就位后桩机必须平正、稳固，确保施工中不产生倾斜、移动。

3、钢筋笼制作容许偏差，主筋间距为?

10mm，钢筋笼长度?

50mm，主筋单面焊接时应为10d。
