16、种用大扭矩动力头带动的长螺旋中钻杆快速干钻法，钻孔中的土除了一部分被挤压外大部被输送到螺旋钻杆叶片上，土的上升时被挤压致密与钻杆形成一土柱，土柱与钻杆间隙仅几毫米，类似于一个长活塞。即使在有地下水的地层，因土柱与钻孔间隙小，钻孔速度快，钻孔内渗出并积存的水很少，因此孔内不会坍塌。钻杆底部的钻孔设有单向阀，钻至设计深度后停止钻杆回转，把搅好的并储备的砼通过泵管以1-7.5Mpa的压力压至钻头底部，此时单向阀打开，砼压出并推动钻杆上升，随钻杆土柱的上升，孔内砼压满，be first released part of transformer oil in the tank, the top cove

23、施工组织设计 由于孔内积聚高压，并有钻杆的抽吸作用，在软土段砼会充盈较多形成扩径桩，对提高承载力很有好处。 该工法的优势在于工艺简单，无噪声及泥浆污染，能在有地下水，含流砂、砂卵层、淤泥层等容易塌孔的地层中灌注优质砼。桩身完整性好，无断桩、缩径等现象，相对泥浆护壁承载力提高20%左右。 2、砼配制 本工艺所采用的砼为商品砼。 六、施工工序: 根据本工程特点:先灌砼后下钢筋笼。 (一)施工工序 1、设备进场、安装、各种材料复检，选择有资质的试验室进行砼试配委托。 2、测量放线、定桩位。 3、具备开工条件后，首先进行钢筋笼制作，并按批次进行报验。 4、钻机就位，并进行孔位复核。 5、用长螺旋钻机钻
