直接引语变间接引语
考点:
将陈述句和疑问句改为间接引语
1.直接引语为陈述句时,间接引语应改为由that引导的宾语从句(that可以省略),主句的引述动词主要有say,tell,repeat,explain,think等。
Hesaid,“I’mwaitingforher.”→Hesaid(that)hewaswaitingforher.
2.直接引语是疑问句时,间接引语要用陈述语序,主句的谓语动词say改为ask或wonder,donotknow,wanttoknow,benotsure,bepuzzled等。
①一般疑问句或反义疑问句变为if(whether)引导的宾语从句。
“Doyouknowthisman?
”heasked.→Heaskedif/whetherIknewthatman.
②选择疑问句变为whether...or...宾语从句。
Iaskedhim,“Willyoustayathomeorgotoafilmtonight?
”
→Iaskedhimwhetherhewouldstayathomeorgotoafilmthatnight.
③特殊疑问句变为由原来的疑问词引导的宾语从句。

定语从句Ⅰ(以that,which,who,whose,whom为引导词)
1.关系词通常有下列三大作用:
引导定语从句;代替先行词;在定语从句中充当一个成分。
2.关系代词引导的定语从句。

②Mr.Liuistheperson(whom)youtalkedaboutonthebus.
③Footballisagamewhichislikedbymostboys.
④Thenumberofpeoplethat/whocometovisitthiscityeachyearreachesonemillion.

3.注意:
限制性定语从句中只能用that(不用which)的情况:
①当先行词是everything,anything,nothing,something,all,none,few,little,some等不定代词时;
②当先行词被序数词修饰时;
③当先行词被形容词最高级修饰时;
④当先行词被thevery,theonly等词修饰时;
⑤当先行词前面有who,which等疑问词时;
⑥当先行词既有人又有物时;
⑦当先行词在主句中作表语,且关系代词在从句中作表语时。
