2.1ProjectReview

ThisprojectinvolvesinstallationworksofcoalhandlingsystemofDuyenHai1ThermalPowerPlantProject.Thecoalwillbeanthracite(Cam6A,HonGai-CamPha)fromnorthVietnam.Theannualconsumptionofcoalwillbe318800ton.Thecoalwillbetransportedtocoalunloadingwharfofplantbymeansofseaandtransportation.Beltconveyorwillbeusedforcoalconveyingfromwharftocoalbunkerbay.

Themainauxiliaryequipmentinclude:

stackerandre-claimer,tiltedrollerscreen,coalcrusher,materialregulator,power-drivenploughunloader,electricwaterwiper,hopperwallvibrator,coalyardsprayer,trestleflusher,coalchute(hopper)andliningplate.Theoverviewofsubsystemofcoalhandlingsystemisasfollows:

Twoparalleledthrough-typebucket-wheelstackerandre-claimerlinearcoalyardisdesignedforthisproject.Andalsodrycoalshedofspacesteeltrussstructureisdesigned.

Onebucketwheelstackerandre-claimerisarrangedforeachcoalyard,with4coalbulldozers(TY-220)and1wheelloaderasauxiliaryequipmentforcoalstackingandconveying.Thebucketwheelstackerandre-claimeranditsmainparametersareasfollows:
