11、of stacker and re-claimer F4281S-M07042 Project Review and Construction Scope2.1 Project ReviewThis project involves installation works of coal handling system of Duyen Hai 1 Thermal Power Plant Project. The coal will be anthracite (Cam 6A， Hon Gai-Cam Pha) from north Vietnam. The annual consumption

12、 of coal will be 318800 ton. The coal will be transported to coal unloading wharf of plant by means of sea and transportation. Belt conveyor will be used for coal conveying from wharf to coal bunker bay.The main auxiliary equipment include: stacker and re-claimer, tilted roller screen, coal crusher,

13、 material regulator, power-driven plough unloader, electric water wiper, hopper wall vibrator, coal yard sprayer, trestle flusher, coal chute (hopper) and lining plate. The overview of subsystem of coal handling system is as follows: 2.1.1 Coal storage yardTwo paralleled through-type bucket-wheel st

14、acker and re-claimer linear coal yard is designed for this project. And also dry coal shed of space steel truss structure is designed.One bucket wheel stacker and re-claimer is arranged for each coal yard, with 4 coal bulldozers(TY220) and 1 wheel loader as auxiliary equipment for coal stacking and

15、conveying. 18、led. Coal crusher and electric motor is connected by hydraulic coupler to reduce starting current. Independent foundation and spring isolation pedestal are adopted for coal crusher. Two sets of tilted roller screen (1200t/h) will be installed in coal crusher room, and the inlet of screen is equipped

25、.(2) Belt conveyor of coal yard storage system includes C2 belt conveyor, C3A/B belt conveyor, and C4 belt conveyor, of which C2 belt conveyor and C3A/B belt conveyor are of same specification with that of coal unloading system.C4 belt conveyor is of same specification with that of coal loading syst

26、em.C3B belt conveyor and C4 belt conveyor are equipped with three-way power-driven baffle, so that coal from C3B and C4 belt conveyor can be unloaded on C5A/B conveyor. (3) Belt conveyor of coal loading system includes C5A/B belt conveyor, C6A/B belt conveyor and C7A/B belt conveyor, all of which ar

C6A/B belt conveyor is equipped with three-way power-driven baffle so that coal from C6A/B conveyor can be unloaded on C7A/B belt conveyor and for connecting belt conveyor with coal bunker bay.
