  “Ilearnedfromtheclassthatinsteadofimposingmygenderbiasesintothesituation,Ineededtopresentthefullrangeofduties,responsibilitiesandexpectationstoallcandidatesandallowthemtomakeaninformeddecision.〞Dalecreditstheworkshop,“becauseithelpedmemakedecisionsbasedonfairness.〞

ABetterBottomLine
