Scopeofapplication

Thisstandardisapplicabletothewallmasonryprojectofordinaryconcretesmallhollowblockinbuildingengineering.

Constructionpreparation

Smallconcreteblock:

materialvarieties,specifications,appearancequality,moisturecontentrequirementsanddesignrequirementslevel,strength,impermeabilityandfrostresistancemustbeconsistentwithcurrentnationalstandard"ordinaryconcretesmallhollowblock"GB8293.Thefactoryhasbeencertifiedandtheapproachshouldbereexamined.Theproductageofsmallblockusedinconstructionshouldnotbelessthan28d;b)cement:

OrdinaryportlandcementorslagPortlandcementisadopted,andthefactoryhasqualifiedcertification.Cementapproachbeforeuse,shouldbeabatchofthestrengthandstabilityofreinspection.Theinspectiongroupshouldbythesamemanufacturer,thesamenumberasagroup.Whenthereisdoubtaboutthequalityofcementinuseorifthecementisoutofproductionformorethanthreemonths,thetestshouldbereexaminedandusedasaresult.Differentvarietiesofcement,notmixeduse;c)water:

cleanwaterordrinkingwaterdoesnotcontainharmfulsubstances,waterqualityshallmeettherequirementsofthecurrentstandardof"nationalstandard"concretemixingwaterJGJ63;d)shouldbeusedinthesand:

sand,finenessmodulusshouldbecontrolledatabout2.55mmaperturesieve.PreparationofM5followingstrengthgradecementmixedmortar,sandclaycontentofnotmorethan10%;thepreparationofcementmortarandstrengthgradeM5andabovethecementmortar,sandclaycontentislessthan5%,notincludingrootsandotherdebris;E)limepaste:

3.2.1a)

Choosethebrickandthebrickrowselectedbrick:

theselectionofsmallblocks,thesizeandappearanceinspection.Smallblockshavedefectsintheload-bearingwallisstrictlyprohibited.Waterwallblocksalsocheckthecolor,colorshallbeonthewall;

B)

Accordingtotheblockwallline,thedoorandwindowholelineandthecorrespondingcontrolline,etc.,accordingtotherowbrickdrawingintheworkinterviewrow,theblockshouldtrytousethemainspecificationbrickblock,notcutbrick.Aftertheaccuratedesign,constructionsupervision,pleaseconfirm;

C)

Theprincipleofexteriorwallbricklayingistheuseof390mmlongmainblock,ifthemethodofadjustingthewallpilesizethroughthedoorandwindowopeningscanreducetheamountof290mmand190mmblocks,andthedesignapprovalshouldbeobtained.

3.2.2a)

Mixmortarconcretesmallblockmasonrymortarshouldhavehighcohesiveness,goodliquidity,waterretention,meetthedesignstrengthgrade;

B)

Mortarshouldadoptmechanicalstirring,stirringgateisnotlessthan2min.Mortarconsistencyshouldbecontrolledat50mm~70mmisappropriate;

C)

Mortarshouldbemixedwiththeuse.Cementmortarandcementmixedmortarshouldbeusedin2.5hand3haftermixing,andduringthesummerconstruction,suchasthemaximumtemperatureismorethan30degrees,mustbeusedin1.5hand2Hrespectively.Ifthemortarbleedingphenomenon,remixinginbeforemasonry;

D)

Wallmasonrymortarshouldbeimperviousandshrinkagecompensationfunction,mustbeaddedtothehighperformanceexpansiveagent.Inthemortarmixedwithorganicplasticizer,earlystrengthagent,retarder,antifreezeandsoon,shouldbetestedandtestedtomeettherequirements,youcanuse.Typetestreportduetothestrengthofmasonryorganicplasticizer;

1)shouldbeusedinmasonrybuildingmethodsofholegroupjointfault,faultblockjoints,overlap,laplengthshouldbemainlyhalfblock(190mm),whennecessary,canuse290mmlongauxiliaryblocks,laplengthshouldnotbelessthan90mm;whentheindividualpartsofthewallcannotguaranteethisprovision,shouldbeineachsetofmortarleatherRachelreinforcedorsteelmesh,buttheverticalseamsshallnotexceedtwooftheskinblock;2)masonryblockmasonrywallwithholereverse,smooth,ribfaceup(iethesmallholeandhole,bottomup),the31buildingblock".Horizontalmortarjointandverticalmortarjointthicknessshouldbecontrolledat8mm~12mm,shouldbe10mm.Horizontalmortarjointmortarandmortarlengthshallnotexceed800mmusedbyslurrymethod;verticalseamwithbrickends

Pavingmethodofplaneandelevationmeetextrusionbyplasma.Masonry190mmthickwallsneedtobehungononeside,morethan190mmthickwallshouldbedoublehangingline;3)whenthemasonrystartsfromthecorneroftheouterwall,theangleofthedisc,theheightofeachcornerisnotmorethan3bricks.Afterthediscangle,itshouldbeconsistentwiththenumberofskin,thethicknessoftheseamandtheelevationoftheleatherpole;4)theinternalandexternalwallsoftheblockshouldbebuiltatthesametime.Thelengthofhorizontalprojectionshouldnotbelessthan2/3ofheight.Ifthebuildingisdifficulttostayinclined(exceptthewallcornerandseismicfortificationareas),canextend190mmbrickfromthewallintoyinandYangstraightrub,andalongthewallineveryskinbrickmortarembeddedwithinthetiebarormeshreinforcementmustbeaccurately
