Thisstandardisapplicabletothewallmasonryprojectofordinaryconcretesmallhollowblockinbuildingengineering.

Constructionpreparation

Smallconcreteblock:

materialvarieties,specifications,appearancequality,moisturecontentrequirementsanddesignrequirementslevel,strength,impermeabilityandfrostresistancemustbeconsistentwithcurrentnationalstandard"ordinaryconcretesmallhollowblock"GB8293.Thefactoryhasbeencertifiedandtheapproachshouldbereexamined.Theproductageofsmallblockusedinconstructionshouldnotbelessthan28d;b）cement:

OrdinaryportlandcementorslagPortlandcementisadopted,andthefactoryhasqualifiedcertification.Cementapproachbeforeuse,shouldbeabatchofthestrengthandstabilityofreinspection.Theinspectiongroupshouldbythesamemanufacturer,thesamenumberasagroup.Whenthereisdoubtaboutthequalityofcementinuseorifthecementisoutofproductionformorethanthreemonths,thetestshouldbereexaminedandusedasaresult.Differentvarietiesofcement,notmixeduse;c）water:

theselectionofsmallblocks,thesizeandappearanceinspection.Smallblockshavedefectsintheload-bearingwallisstrictlyprohibited.Waterwallblocksalsocheckthecolor,colorshallbeonthewall;

Accordingtotheblockwallline,thedoorandwindowholelineandthecorrespondingcontrolline,etc.,accordingtotherowbrickdrawingintheworkinterviewrow,theblockshouldtrytousethemainspecificationbrickblock,notcutbrick.Aftertheaccuratedesign,constructionsupervision,pleaseconfirm;

C）

Theprincipleofexteriorwallbricklayingistheuseof390mmlongmainblock,ifthemethodofadjustingthewallpilesizethroughthedoorandwindowopeningscanreducetheamountof290mmand190mmblocks,andthedesignapprovalshouldbeobtained.

Mixmortarconcretesmallblockmasonrymortarshouldhavehighcohesiveness,goodliquidity,waterretention,meetthedesignstrengthgrade;

Mortarshouldadoptmechanicalstirring,stirringgateisnotlessthan2min.Mortarconsistencyshouldbecontrolledat50mm~70mmisappropriate;

C）

Mortarshouldbemixedwiththeuse.Cementmortarandcementmixedmortarshouldbeusedin2.5hand3haftermixing,andduringthesummerconstruction,suchasthemaximumtemperatureismorethan30degrees,mustbeusedin1.5hand2Hrespectively.Ifthemortarbleedingphenomenon,remixinginbeforemasonry;

Pavingmethodofplaneandelevationmeetextrusionbyplasma.Masonry190mmthickwallsneedtobehungononeside,morethan190mmthickwallshouldbedoublehangingline;3）whenthemasonrystartsfromthecorneroftheouterwall,theangleofthedisc,theheightofeachcornerisnotmorethan3bricks.Afterthediscangle,itshouldbeconsistentwiththenumberofskin,thethicknessoftheseamandtheelevationoftheleatherpole;4）theinternalandexternalwallsoftheblockshouldbebuiltatthesametime.Thelengthofhorizontalprojectionshouldnotbelessthan2/3ofheight.Ifthebuildingisdifficulttostayinclined（exceptthewallcornerandseismicfortificationareas）,canextend190mmbrickfromthewallintoyinandYangstraightrub,andalongthewallineveryskinbrickmortarembeddedwithinthetiebarormeshreinforcementmustbeaccurately
