工程管理专业本科培养计划
UndergraduateProgramforSpecialtyinConstructionManagement
一、培养目标
Ⅰ．ProgramObjectives
工程管理专业以工程技术和管理并重为特色，面向现代土木工程前沿，培养具有国际化视野，适应工程建设行业发展需求，掌握土木工程、机械工程、材料工程、计算机及信息技术、管理学基本理论、方法与专业知识，具备土木工程设计能力、系统研发能力、建造自动化技术开发及应用能力，能够在土木工程规划设计、施工建造、运营维护及拆除全过程从事工程管理的高级专门人才。
（1）拥有人文精神和社会责任感，具有职业道德和健全心智，遵行“明德厚学，求是创新”，具有团队精神和奉献精神，有志于服务社会。
（2）掌握土木工程技术、机械及自动化技术、计算机及信息技术、管理、经济和法律基本理论和专业知识，具有在专业领域分析问题、解决问题的基本能力，具备较强的学习能力、组织协调能力和实践能力。
（3）获得工程师基本训练，具备本专业领域注册工程师执业资格的基本素养和专业技能。
（4）具有创新意识，能从事土木工程建造自动化、建设行业全过程项目管理、房地产经营与管理或土木工程技术等领域的实践和科学研究工作。
TheUndergraduatePrograminConstructionManagementofferedbyHUSTischaracterizedbyengineeringtechnologyandmanagement.Itisorientedtothefrontierofmoderncivilengineeringconstructionandmanagement.ThePrograminConstructionManagementisdedicatedtocultivatethestudentswhocanmeettheneedofconstructionindustrydevelopment,masterthebasictheory,methodandprofessionalknowledgeofcivilengineering,mechanicalengineering,materialsengineering,computerandinformationtechnologyandmanagementscience.Thestudentswillhavetheabilityofcivilengineeringdesign,systemdevelopmentandconstructionautomationtechnologydevelopmentandapplicationwhichenablesthemtobecomespecializedprofessionalsandworkforengineeringmanagementinthewholeprocessincludingcivilengineeringplanninganddesign,construction,operationanddemolition.
（1）Thestudentswillbepreparedwiththehumanisticspiritandsocialresponsibility,professionalethicstocomplywiththeuniversitymotto"Virtue,Knowledge,Truth,andOriginality".Thestudentswillalsobepreparedwiththespiritofteamworkanddedication,andaspiringtoservethecommunity.
（2）Thestudentswillbepreparedwiththetheoreticalandprofessionalknowledgeofengineeringtechnology,mechanicalandautomationtechnology,computerandinformationtechnology,management,economicsandlaw;theabilitiestoanalyzeandsolveproblemsintheprofessionalfield;andtheabilitiestolearn,organizeandpracticeintheindustry.
（3）Thestudentswillhavetheaccesstobasictrainingofengineers,andbepreparedforregisteredprofessionalqualificationsandbasicskills.
（4）Thestudentswillbepreparedwithasenseofinnovation,toengageintheconstructionindustrypracticeandscientificresearchworkforthewholeprocessofprojectmanagement,realestatemanagementandconstructiontechnologyandotherfields.
二、基本规格要求
Ⅱ．LearningOutcomes
本专业毕业生应具备以下几方面的知识和素质：
（一）知识要求
1．具有扎实的自然科学基础知识，掌握本专业所需要的高等数学、物理等基本理论和方法；
2．具备坚实的专业知识，掌握土木工程技术、管理、经济和法律的基本原理和知识，掌握土木工程设计、项目管理、投资与造价管理、房地产经营管理等专门知识和技能；
3．掌握机械工程、材料工程、控制工程和计算机科学基本知识，能够开展土木工程与相关领域交叉创新活动。
（二）素质要求
1.具有人文精神和社会责任感，良好的职业道德和健全心智，具备团队精神和奉献精神；
2.使学生文明地进行人际沟通和社会交往能力，发展合作精神；
3.了解基本法律法规的理论体系以及基本概念、基本理论和基本知识；具备运用法学理论分析和解决实际问题的能力；
4.深入了解当代全球经济、金融的发展现状；培养与时俱进的全球经济敏感度；
5.视野开阔，了解学科和行业发展历史与趋势，具有创新意识；
6.获得工程师基本训练，具备注册执业资格要求的基本素质。
Thegraduatesfromthisprogramareexpectedtohavethefollowingknowledgeandabilities:
（A）knowledgerequirements
Solidbasicknowledgeofnaturalscience,especiallymathematics,physicsandotherbasictheoriesandmethodsneededfortheprofession;
Solidprofessionalknowledge,especiallythebasicprinciplesandknowledgeinconstructionandbuildingtechnologies,management,economicandlegal,andexpertiseandskillsofprojectmanagement,investmentandcostmanagement,realestatemanagement,Informationtechnologiesanditsapplicationsandmethodsinconstructionmanagement;
Basictheoryandbasicknowledgeofmechanicalengineering,materialsengineering,controlengineering,andcomputerScience.Abilityofconductcross-innovationactivitiesincivilengineeringandrelatedfields.
（B）thequalityrequirements
Humanisticspiritandsocialresponsibility,goodworkethicandsoundmind,andteamworkanddedication;
Communicationandsocialability,andhavingcoordinationspirit;
Basiclawandregulationknowledge,gainingtheabilitytosolvetherealproblemsusingtheknowledge;

Visiontounderstandthehistoryanddevelopmentofthedisciplineandindustrytrends,andasenseofinnovation;
Basictraininginengineering,andbasicpreparationforregistrationtopractice.
三、培养特色
Ⅲ．ProgramHighlights
1.以跨学科培养为宗旨，将土木工程与机械工程、控制工程、计算机科学与技术等相关学科交叉融合，培养学生面向土木工程和未来科技发展，具备开展土木工程与相关学科交叉创新活动的能力。
2.实施面向工程管理核心能力培养的教学，通过加强实践能力培养，不断优化教学内容，创新教学方法，强化学生对工程管理核心能力的掌握，提高人才竞争力。
3.注重科研创新能力和自主学习能力的培养，利用大学生创新计划等多种形式引导学生参与科研项目，培养进行科学研究、自主学习的兴趣和能力。
4.整合各方资源转化为优质教学资源。
通过邀请国际知名大学教授、业界知名专家为本科生授课，将科研成果转化为优质教学资源，开拓学生的视野。

3.Focusesonthetrainingofresearchandinnovationcapabilityandself-learningability,andtheuseofvariousinnovativeprogramstoguidecollegestudentstoparticipateinresearchprojects,andscientificresearchtraining,andtobuilduptheirinterestandabilitytoself-learning.
4.Integrationofallresourcesintoqualityteachingresources.Byinvitinginternationallyrenowneduniversityprofessors,industry-renownedexpertsforundergraduateteaching,scientificresearchandhighqualityteachingresources,todevelopstudents'horizons.
