1915年7月，在孙中山的倡议下，当时的北洋政府正式下令，规定了以每年清明节为植树节，指定地点，选择树种，全国各级政府，机关，学校如期参加，举行植树节典礼并从事植树。

经当年7月21日批准后，通令全国如期遵照办理。

自此我国有了植树节。

为提高城乡居民参加义务植树活动的尽责率，长沙决定在3月8日至4月20XX日开展市级20xx年度市区适龄公民定点义务植树活动，原内五区适龄公民均可申请参加义务植树活动。

为了响应长沙市政府的要求，教科院20XX级应用心理班青志协积极参与到这场义务植树的活动中。

三、活动目的：

通过这次义务植树活动，20XX级应用心理班希望能带领大家在享受植树所带来的乐趣与锻炼中充分培养大学生的社会责任感，把绿化星城的意识深入贯彻。

同时，在同学们的相互配合中，拉近心与心之间的距离，增强班级凝聚力。

七、前期准备：

（1）联系好义务植树基地，确定好具体植树时间，与公交车队长联系，包好公交车;（

（2）召集本组成员开会，进行分工，权责明确，落实每个成员的具体任务，如发前期通讯稿、拍摄、购买礼品、确定各小组名单、准备活动所需材料等;（

大家登上了出发的大巴，怀着激动的心情，为待会儿植树在计划着，我们的宣传委员正在抓紧时间补充体能，以便有力气捕捉一个个美好的镜头。
