entitledtobantheuseofthedumpers,butthelesseestillneedtopaytherentalduringtheprohibitionperiod.Thetotalrentalfeeshallbesettledbeforetheleavingoftheequipment,ifthelesseedelaysandfailstopaytherental,hehastopaypenaltytotheleaserattherateof5%ofduerentalforeachdayofdelay.

2.duringtheleaseterm,thelesseeisnotallowedtotransferorsublettheleasedequipmenttoPartyc,andheisprohibitedtoselloff,mortgageandclosedowntheleasedequipment,theleaserhastherighttoterminatethecontract,takebackallleasedequipmentifany,andthelesseewillberesponsibleforcorrespondinglegalliabilitiesandeconomiclosscausedbyhimself.X.Thearticlesofthecontractcomeintoeffectafterthesigningbybothparties.Thecontractin3pagesismadeinthreecopieswithtwocopiesforthelesseeandonecopyfortheleaser.

甲乙双方经过友好协商一致订立本合同，以资共同遵守。

一．建筑地址：

甲方将其所有的位于上海市的房屋在良好及可租用的状态下出租给乙方。

乙方向甲方承诺该物业仅作为住宅使用。
