thispaperintroducesthebasiccontentandtheprincipleoftherotarytabledesign,putforwardtheresearchdirectionoftherotarytable,broadenthedesignideaofdesigner.Improvetheefficiencyoftherotarytabledesign,shortenthedevelopmentcycleofnewtyperotarytable,throughthestudyofthisarticleisforthequalityofproductsofpre-assessment,determinethescopeoftheproductionandprocessingofprecisionindexprovidesanimportantbasis.

0Introduction

OnApril11to16,2011,thethemeof"scienceandtechnologyinnovationtomeetthecrisisgeneration"ofthe12thChinainternationalmachinetoolexhibition（CIMT2011）washeldinBeijing.Inaneconomiccrisishazedissipating,slowrecoveryunderthebackgroundofinternationaleconomy,China'seconomyhealthyandrapiddevelopmentpattern,isattractingmoreandmoreattention.Inthisexhibition,theknowledgeofmachinetools,tools,manufacturingenterprisesathomeandabroadGatherinBeijing,astheeconomiccrisisafterthebaptismofmachineryindustrybroughtafeastfullofimaginationandcreativityofscienceandtechnology.IstheexhibitionofmachinetoolaccessoriesexhibitionIntermsofproduct,highefficiency,highprecision,highreliability,highlifestillistodevelopthethemeofpursuit.Asforthemachinetoolaccessoriesrotarytableisnoexception.Rotarytableisdividedintoindexingtable,androtarytable.Indexingtablecanonlybecompleteddividingmovement,thereisnofunctionoffeed.Canbeusedwithworkasawhole,canalsobeusedalone.Commonpositioningpinandrattoothplate;NcrotarytableistheidealmatchingaccessoriesofallkindsofCNCmillingmachineandmachiningcenter.TurnbacktothetabledesignProcessincludeThebasictypesofrotarytablesnotonlythemechanicaldrivemechanism,anditalsoinvolvesthemechanicalandelectricalcontrolsystem,thedesignideaofthetwopartsasthedemandofthemarketandcustomers,constantlyupdateandperfect,therefore,thedesignandresearchdirectionoftherotarytabledirectlyaffectthebenefitandtheriseandfalloftheturntableproductionenterprises.

1Thebasictypesofrotarytable

1.1Generalturntable

Rotarytableisboringmachine,drillingmachine,millingmachineandtheslottingmachine,andotherimportantaccessories,usedforprocessingandthereisarequirementfordividinghole,slotandslope,turntheworkbenchwhenprocessing,canbeprocessingarcsurfaceandgroove,etc.Accordingtothestructureisdividedintodifferentlevelsturntablegeneralturntable,lietheturntableanduniversalturntable.
