今天我演讲的题目是：

《争分夺秒，备战期末考试》。

不知不觉，一个学期即将过去，我们又要迎来期末考试。

期末考试不仅是对同学们本学期学习成果的一次大盘点、大检阅，更是对每个人综合素质的一次挑战，是对同学们的自信心、自觉性、意志力、诚信度的一次考验。

我们不能要求每个人都成为优胜者，但我们希望大家做一名追求进步超越自我的勇敢者。

为了能够在期末考试中取得好成绩，我们应该从以下几个方面去努力：

首先，要争分夺秒。

时间就是生命，时间就是一切，也许一分钟的时间不能给你带来一分的成绩，但是一分钟的时间，绝对可以给你带来一点一滴的进步。

在历史的长河中，时间是最公正的，但也是最短暂的。

争分夺秒去努力，人生才会有更多成功的机会。

我们珍惜时间就是珍惜青春。

只有争分夺秒去努力，只有与时间赛跑，我们的成绩才会有更多的进步，期末考试才会变得轻松自在。

其次，要锲而不舍。

锲而不舍，金石可镂；锲而舍之，朽木不折；坚持到底，不懈追求，一切皆有可能。

宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来，可见，成功是与汗水相伴的。

期末考试也是如此，只有我们不断努力，不怕辛苦，不畏艰难，才能取得期末考试的大捷。

第三，要有良好的心态。

良好的心态是成功的一半。

同学们，临近考试，请放下身上的包袱，用平和积极的心态，坦然的迎接考试。

我们要相信自己完全能够做好，相信成功就在不远的前方。

希望同学们正确看待考试，克服考前过分紧张的情绪，以从容自信的态度面对期末考试。

最后，期末考试也对我们诚实守信品格的一次考验。

诚实守信是最基本的做人准则，只有真诚地面对自己，诚实做人、诚实考试才能获得更多的信任与尊重。

_________（以下简称甲方）为应业务需要，聘（雇）用_________先生（女士）（以下简称乙方）为约聘（雇）人员，双方订立契约条款如下：

一、聘（雇）用期间：

自_________年_________月_________日起至_________年_________月_________日止。

二、聘（雇）用报酬：

甲方按月支给乙方报酬_________薪点（_________元）。

三、工作内容（具体叙明）：

四、受聘（雇）责任：

乙方受聘（雇）后须确保甲方公务机密，有保密期限者从其规定，无保密期限者自离职日起_________年为限（解聘（雇）者亦同）。

4.2　DuringthetermofthisAgreement，Bshallcomplywiththedirectionsandinstructionsofhis/hersupervisors，performhis/herdutiesinaccordancewithallregulationsandrelevantworkingrules.WhereBviolatesanyobligationspecifiedinthisparagraphandthecaseisconsideredtobeseriousinnature，AmayinitsdiscretionterminatethisAgreement.IfatanytimethepartiesintendtoterminatethisAgreementduetocausesbeyondthereasonablecontrolofsuchparty，eithershallgivethirty（30）days’noticeofcancellationtotheotherpartypriortotheintendedterminationdate.Bshallvacatehis/herofficeunderandpursuanttothestipulationsagreeduponbybothparties.Bshallsubmittotheproceedingsinprescribedmannerastobevacatedofhis/heroffice.IncaseofanyoneofthefollowingconditionswhichisduetoB’sfault，Bshallberesponsibleforcompensation：

（1）WhereBinflictsdamagetoorexcessivelyabusesmachinery，equipment，tools，rawmaterials，productsorotherarticlebelongingtoAcademiaSinica；

（2）WhereBcommitstorts；（3）WhereBviolatesA’sownershipofintellectualpropertyrights.

5.　BshallcomplywithanyadministrativeregulationsandrulesprovidedbyA.Inregardtothemattersofabsenceonleave，pay-as-you-gocontributionbenefit，laborinsuranceandnationalhealthinsurance，thefollowingtermsandconditionsshallbeapplicable.

5.1　AbsenceonleaveshallbeoperatedpursuanttoRegulationofAbsenceonleaveforPersonnelservedinallExecutiveYuanorganizationsunderCivilContractualRelationship.

5.2　Thedeductionandgrantofpay-as-you-gocontributionbenefitshallbeoperatedpursuanttoRegulationof‘pay-as-you-go’contributionbenefitforPersonnelservedinallorganizationsandschoolsunderCivilContractualRelationship.Certainamountofsalaryshallbedeductedpermonthandaccrueonthefinancialinstituteoverthetermofthisemployment.

5.2.1　Anamountequaltosevenpercent（7﹪）ofthemonthlysalaryshallbecontributed.Fiftypercent（50﹪）ofthecontributionshallbedrawnfromB’smonthlysalary.（hereinaftercalledpersonalcontributionbenefit）Ashallprovidetheotherfiftypercent（50﹪）ofthecontribution（hereinaftercalledpubliccontributionbenefit），andshallopenaspecialaccountonfinancialinstituteastoaccumulateandmanagethiscontribution（personalpluspublic）.

5.2.2　Thetotalamountofthecontributionbenefits（personalpluspublic）shallbegrantedtoB，ifatanytime（a）BleavestheofficeontheexpiryofthisAgreement，（b）BvacatestheofficepriortotheexpirationdatewiththeconsentofA，and（c）Bdeceasesduetoundertakingofduty，illnessoraccident.

5.2.3　TheamountofpersonalcontributionbenefitsaccumulatedshallbegrantedtoB，ifatanytime（a）AterminatesthisAgreementinasmuchasBbreachesanyobligation，and（b）BresignsfromtheofficepriortotheexpirationdatewithouttheconsentofA.

5.2.4　AnymatteroreventnotprovidedinthecontextofthisArticleshallbeoperatedpursuanttoRegulationof‘pay-as-you-go’contributionbenefitforPersonnelservedinallorganizationsandschoolsunderCivilContractualRelationshipandrelevantregulations.

5.3　DuringthetermofthisAgreement，AshallinsureBsubjecttothetermsandconditionspursuanttolaborinsuranceregulationsandnationalhealthinsuranceregulations.

6.　BothpartiesagreethatAshallownproprietaryrightpertainingtotheliteraryworksorachievementscompletedbyBundertheprojectsinitiatedorcoordinatedbyAduringthetermofthisAgreement.Theownershipofintellectualpropertyrights（includingbutnotlimitedtocertainpatents，trademarks，copyrights，technicalinformationandknow-how）accruedfromtheliteraryworksorachievementshereincontainedissubjecttotherelevantregulationsandrulesprovidedbyA.

7.　Expiration

Attheexpirationofthetermofthisagreement，theemploymentrelationshipshallautomaticallyterminatewithoutanycondition.Anewemploymentagreementshallbesignedfortherenewalandcontinuanceofsuchrelationship，ifagreedtoanybybothparties.

8.　AnymatteroreventnotprovidedinthecontextofthisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandinterpretedinaccordancewithEmploymentRegulationforPersonnelunderCivilContractualRelationship（stipulatedbyAcademiaSinica）&EmploymentRegulationforPersonnelservedinallExecutiveYuanorganizationsunderCivilContractualRelationship.

9.　GoverningLanguage

TheChinesetextofthisAgreementshallbedeemedtheoriginal.IntheeventofanydisputeormisunderstandingastotheinterpretationofthelanguageortermsofthisAgreement，theChineselanguageversionshallcontrol.

10.　GoverningLaw

AnydisputeorcontroversybetweenthepartieswithrespecttothisagreementshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththelawsoftheRepublicofChina.Thepartiesherebysubmitandconsenttothenon-exclusivejurisdictionoftheShih-LinDistrictCourt.

11.　InWitnesswhereof，thepartiesheretohaveexecutedthisAgreementinthree（3）counterpartsonthedatefirstaboveindicated，eachsuchcounterpartbeingdeemedanoriginalandallsuchcounterpartstogetherconstitutingonesingleinstrument.ThepartieshavedeliveredthisAgreement，twoforA（theCentralAdministrationOfficeandtheInstituteorPreparatoryOfficehereto）andoneforB.
