摘要

当代社会经济发展中，由于服务性行业的快速崛起，特别是现代服务业的快速发展，使得服务行业在国民经济中的地位越来越重要，随之而产生的是人类社会逐步从“工业型经济”向“服务型经济”的巨大转变。

服务性行业的重要地位需要有充足优质的人力资源作保障，同时作为服务性行业的主体，服务性组织的结构优化和健全对服务性行业也产生了巨大的影响。

总的来说，服务性行业是一种人和人相互交互的产业，组织结构的影响更多的是体现在对服务性行业人力资源管理的影响上，通过充分分析研究三者之间的相互关系，揭示组织结构对服务性行业人力资源管理的影响，促使人们对组织结构的在再认识，在经济发展中充分考虑各种因素的相互作用关系，更加合理有效的看待服务性行业的发展。
