Headandfacemassageprocedures

1pushto5-10timesthesunYintanghealthmassagewithbothhandsthumbribsurfacestartsfromtheforeheadofthegueststothetwosideofYintang,wipetothetemples,thestrengthshouldnotbetooheavy.Complexoperation.5-10times,andthenatthetemplemassageseveraltimes.(Figure1)

23-5ringorbitalmassagehealthcaremassagewithbothhandsindexfingernailgentlypincheyesinsidetheeyesattheguestsJingmingforhalfaminute,andthentheradialsideofthethumborfingersfromJingmingfrominsidetooutside,fromthebottomtorub3-5orbitalring.(FIGS.2,3)

3pushthenosetotheQuanliao3-5healthcaremassagewiththumbandfingerclickguestYingxiangpointfor30seconds,andthenfromincense,thegiantpushLiaopointtothezygomaticLiaopoint,repeated3to5times.(Figure4)

9presstheFengchi,Fengfumassage1-2minutesattheendofthehookdivisionhandspressureFengchi(doubleguestpoints),singlehandfingertiphookpressFengfuevery1-2minutes.Afterpressing,kneadslowly,repeatoperation2-3times.(FIGS.10,11)

11,gentlyrubtheear1-2minutes,healthcaremassagehandsthumbandindexfinger,kneadtheguestsonbothsidesoftheauricle1to2minutes,andpulltheearlobe3to5times.

Massageprogramforchestandabdomen

1palmspress30shoulders,5-8massagehands,andpresstheshouldersofguestsfor6to8times.Thekeyistopressthepelviccavityfor2seconds.(Figure1)

2pointspushchesttotwosides,3-5healthmassagehands,openthedoorofbothhands.Thethumbandthefourfingerswereguestschestwithbothhandsfromthethenarwastenpointspushedtobothsidesofthelineonbothsidesofthemidaxillaryline,from3to5,shouldavoidthesensitiveareaoffemaleguestsdividedup.(Figure2)

The5pointpressureShangwan,Zhongwan,Tianshu,Qihai,Guanyuanhalfminutes.Theguestsflexedtheirkneesandrelaxedtheirbelly.Healthmassagetoeat,ringfingeralongtheventralmidlinepointpressurefromguestsShangwan,ZhongwanpointeveryLminutes.WiththethumbandindexfingerpointpressureatTianshu(twopoints)1minutes.Withindexfinger,middlefingerpressingQihai,GuanYuanxue,epigastricdiscomforttopointpressureShangwan,Zhongwan;abdominaldiscomforttoclickQihai,GuanYuan;bothsidesofdiscomforttopointpressureatTianshubased.(Figure5)

6,1-2minutesabdominalfriction,doublekneeflexion,abdominalrelaxation.

Healthcaremassagewiththepalmintheguestnavel,withthenavelasthecenter,clockwisetocounterclockwiserotation,thegentlyumbilicalweek30times.(Figure6)

Massageprogramforupperlimbhealthmassage

1take3-5timesofupperlimbmassagehealthcaremassagehandtoholdtheguestsidewrist,anotherhandthumbandfingerrelativetofour,alongmeridians(threeyinSanyang)routeormusclecontour,rubsarmmuscles,fromtheshouldertowrist,repeated3to5times.(Figure1)

4pushandpullthepalmfingerjointhealthmassagehandtoholdtheguestshandorhand,anotherhandthumbmetacarpalspacefromthebottomalongtheguestsandpushthe3to5times,andthehealthcaremassagewithfingersandthumb,sequentiallyclampedguestforefingerandmiddlefinger,ringfingerandlittlefingerstretchingknuckles,andrapidslip,healthmassagetworeferstoanoisecollision.(Figure4)

51-2minutesofupperlimbjitterhealthmassagehandswhileholdingtheguestsagood,hypothenar,basedonslightlypullontheupperandlowerlimbjitter1to2minutes.(Figure5)

6shaketheshoulderjoint3to5times,thehealthcaremassagerwithonehandwiththeguestelbow,andtheotherhandholdfourfingers,firstclockwise,counterclockwise,ring,shaketheshoulderjoint3to5times.(Figure6)

Handmassageprocedureforfront,innerandouterpartoflowerlimb

Neckandshouldermassageprogram

1taketheneckandkneadfor2-3minutesandkneadtheneck.Healthmassagehandguestsoccipitalia,athumbsandindexfingerandmiddlefingerorfourfingers,withthreeorfivefingersgetrubbedneckmusclesfor2to3minutes.(Figure1)

5rollshouldersfor2-3minutes,healthmassageteamonthesideoftheguests,rubbingshouldersfor2to3minutes.Then,thepalmsofthepalmsareopposite,thefivefingersarebentapart,andtheshouldersofthelittlefingerarerhythmicallyalternatelyknockedattheshoulderseveraltimes.(FIGS.5,6)
