1.PURPOSE目的
ThepurposeofthisdocumentistoprovideguidancefortheIQfor1022coldstorageroomandthenprovidedocumentedevidencethattheequipmentisinstalledproperlyasspecified.
本文件的目的是为1022冷库的安装确认提供指导，并为设备的正确安装提供文件支持。

确保所有的文件和部件满足要求
2.SCOPE范围
Thescopeconfirmedinthisplanis1022coldstorageroomsystem.Includingcleanfacilities,refrigerationsystemandautomaticcontrolsystem.Thestandbypowersupplyisplannedbytheparkasawholeandisnotwithinthescopeofthisprojectconfirmation.
本方案确认的范围为1022冷库系统。
包括洁净设施、制冷系统和自动控制系统。
备用电源由园区统筹规划，不在本项目确认范围之内。
Theaccesscontrolof1022coldstoreissharedwithrooms1023and1059,andisinstalledinroom1021infrontofthecoldstoretocontrolpersonnelaccess.Asaccesscontrolbelongstoaccesscontrolandinterlocksystem,onlythehardwareinstallationofaccesscontrolisconfirmedinthisscheme,andtheuppercomputerisnotincludedinthisscope.
1022冷库的门禁与1023、1059房间共用，安装在冷库前室1021房间用于控制人员出入。
因门禁属于门禁与互锁系统，故在此方案中仅确认门禁的硬件安装，上位机不在此次范围内。
3.SYSTEMDESCRIPTION系统描述
Tworefrigerationsystemsforeachcoldroom,oneisworkingandanotherisinstandby.Theycanworkinturninternallyautomatically,oronecanswitchtoanotherwhenit’sbrokendown,toensurethatthetemperatureincoldroomiswithinthesetrange,2~8℃.
冷库制冷系统采用一用一备，定期自动切换或一套系统出现故障时可切换至另一套系统，保证冷库能够持续保持在2-8℃的温度范围内。
Therefrigerationsystemofthecoldstorageconsistsofadirectexpansionindoorfancoilunit,acompressorlocatedontheoutdoorroofandacondenserlocatedontheceiling.
冷库的制冷系统由直接膨胀式的室内风机盘管单元，一个位于室外屋面的压缩机和一个位于吊顶的冷凝器组成。
Thecoldstoragecontrolsystemconsistsoftouchscreen,temperaturedisplay,temperaturesensor,solenoidvalveandotherequipment.
冷库控制系统包括触摸屏、温度显示器、温度传感器和电磁阀等设备组成。
Thehardwareofaccesscontrolincludescontrolbox,doormagnet,swipecarddeviceandexitbutton.
门禁的硬件包括控制箱、门磁、刷卡器、出门按钮。

如果该测试已经在FAT、SAT中执行并且相关偏差在FAT/SAT中关闭，则该测试引用FAT/SAT测试结果。
