General
OH-CONB863controllerhasbeenquotedtheGECB(GlobalElevatorControlBoard)asthenucleusofelevatorcontrolsystem.ItfullyabsorbsthetechnologyofOTIS,whichusestheserialcommunicationandCANBUSsystemofhighreliability,andthecompanygatherscloselyeverypartsofelevator.Thedrivingsystemappliesthenewestenergyregenerationtechnology,inordertoensureamorestablemotionoftheelevator,anditimpressedpeoplewithitssimpleandstreamlinestructure.

Checktherunningconditionofinspectionmode
Hint:
beforeinspectionrun,allthemechanicalcomponentsshouldbeinstalledandadjusted.
2.1Checkthecontroller
Openthedoorofthecontroller,checkwhethertheconnectionofthecomponentsisloosenordamagedornot,andkeepthefilesoftheelevator.Besides,changethepartswhichhavedamagedandtightenallconnectionsplacesonthecontrolcupboard.Payspecialattentiontothepowersupplywires,motorwireswhenyouaretighteningtheconnection.Checkwiththewiringdiagramifshieldmotorcableisrequired.
2.2Checkthewiring
Accordingtothewiringdiagram,checkthePVTcable,thetemporalwiringintravelingcableandthetemporalwiringinlimitswitches,andcheckwhetherallthegroundwiresofequipmentsareinareliablegroundconnectionsituationornot.EspeciallyforthegroundingscrewonGECBboard.
2.3Checktheinsulation
TheconnectionofgroundwiresandHLisshedout,thenpullsoutallplugsontheGECBandMCBC,turnallbreakerstothe“OFF”position.MeasuretheinsulationresistancevalueofthegroundwiresandHL,powersupplywires,themotorbrakewires,thedooroperatorandbothendsoftheilluminationwithinsulatingapparatus.Ensuresthattheinsulationresistancevaluemeettheregulatedvalue.ThenconnectedgroundwiresandplugintheplugstoGECBboardagain.

Caution:
theconnectionplugonthePCBboardshouldbepulloutduringtheinsulationtest,orthePCBboardmaybedamaged.
2.4Checktheinputvoltage
Cutoffthemainpowerswitchandotherbreakerinthecontroller,andcheckwhethertheinputthree-phasevoltageisintheregulationrange(+/-10%)ornot.Adjustthewiringofthetransformerterminalsaccordingtotherealinputvoltage.CheckthevoltagebetweenterminatorC16andC17(illuminationvoltage)isfor220V+/-10%.
2.5Checkthecontroltransformeroutputvoltage
Turnonthemainpowerswitch,checkwhethertheoutputvoltagebythetransformermatchwiththedrawingsornot.
2.6Checkthedynamicpowerwiring
Themachinehasbeenphasingbeforeleavefactory.BeforeturnonthedynamicpowerwiringshouldbecheckedandbeconfirmedtheU/V/W/PEofTB1shouldconnecttoU/V/W/PEofmotoronebyone.Donotchangethesequenceofthethreephases,ortheliftmayrunabnormally.
2.7ChecktheMCBC
TheJP7inMCBCisthepowerinputconnector.Checkitsvoltagebeforepowerson.ThecorrectvoltageisDC30VandmaximumtoleranceisbetweenDC24VtoDC38V.Afterconfirmsthevoltage,plugalltheconnectors.TheredLEDRUNindicatornearthecenteroftheboardshouldbeblinkingatarateabout1HZ.Iftheindicatorblinksirregularlyrepresentsthesoftwareworksimproperly.Pleasestopusing.
3ChecktheGECBininspectionmode
3.1Checkthecontroltransformeroutputvoltage
Turnonthemainpowerswitch,checkwhethertheinputvoltageoffollowingswitchesmatchwiththedrawingsornot.Followingtablejustforreference.

CheckwhetherthevoltagebetweenP101C-3andP101C-4ofGECBisDC30V±15%,PY1-4andPY1-5,PY2-4andPY2-5isAC24V±5%.Thenturnoffthemainswitch.CheckthewiringofGECBanddriveragain,plugalltheplugs.
CheckthestatusofSW5andSW6onGECB.ForGECBwithoutCHCSandDDOswitches,pls.useI/Otogetthisfunction.

4Driveparameterssetting
AVRydrivecontainsInvertermoduleandConvertermoduletwoparts.TheparametersofInverterpartisthesameasAvyLdrive.Thesoftwareversionisv3.6.
ThebothparametersinInverterandConverterpartscanbeaccessedbythecontrolpanel.TheInverterparametersarethedefaultdisplayinthecontrolpanel.Themonitorcanbeswitchedtoconverterparametersbypressing“+”key5seconds,andcanbeswitchedbackbypressing“-”key5seconds.

IfRegenflt**eventoccurs,thedetailedinformationcanbeinspectedafterswitchestoConverterpart.
