打桩工程的工程量计算和定额应用

打桩工程内容主要涉及“A.2桩与地基基础工程”与“A.4混凝土及钢筋混凝土工程”等2个专业。

（一）打桩工程主要项目工程量计算方法

1、打预制砼钢筋方桩

不考虑具体打桩机种，根据不同桩长来套用定额。

工程量计算方法：

是以设计桩的全长，包括桩尖长（不扣除桩尖的虚体积）乘以桩的截面面积。

2、送桩

送桩是指采用桩筒（无缝钢管或硬木）将预制桩送入自然地坪以下打至设计标高。

主要由于轨道式打桩机的龙门架（挺杆）下端必须高于轨道上平面，才能保证桩架在平面内作360。

回转；履带式柴油打桩机考虑场地平整的差异，要求留有足够的安全距离，所以不能直接把桩打入地下，而采用送桩筒送桩。

送桩的数量按实际发生计算，其工程量按桩断面乘送桩的深度（桩顶面到自然地坪）另加50cm以立方米计算。

3、接桩

按每个接头计算。

接桩主要有接桩和硫磺胶泥接桩。

4、截、凿桩以根计算

现在不少定额此项目，实际工程中按实计算费用。

5、现场灌注砼桩

单桩体积按设计规定桩长（包括桩尖不扣除桩尖的虚体积）另加25cm，乘以沉管外径截面积计算，如采用预制钢筋砼桩尖，其桩尖费用另行计算。

6、钢筋笼

按设计图标尺寸，另加2%损耗以吨计算。

7、钻（冲）孔桩

按桩设计长度另加25cm`

8、静压方桩

压桩按桩设计全长（长度规定同上）乘以截面面积以立方米计算。

9、静力压桩的送桩

按实际发生的根数计算，每根送桩工程量按桩截面面积乘以送桩长度（自桩顶面至自然地坪另加50cm）计算。

10、静力压桩接桩

按实际发生的根数计算。

●打（压）预制砼方桩、管桩

1、工程量均按体积计算

V=L设计桩长×S桩截面×N桩位数－V管桩空心

2、注意事项

（1）若管桩的空心部分设计要求灌注砼或其他填充材料时应另行计算。

（2）打定型短桩仅指桩断面为200×200mm砼方桩（2-5-13、14）子目中已包括接桩和送桩。

（3）打、压各类预制砼桩，工程量≤150m3属小型打桩工程，接其相应定额人工机械×1.25。

（4）打各类预制砼桩均包括从现场堆放位置至打桩桩位的水平运输。

定额中已考虑履带式起重机配合吊运。

（5）定额不包括打试桩、水上打桩、室内打桩、地坑、地槽内打桩、支架上桩桩。

●接桩

当预制桩不够长时，需接桩，按设计图纸要求，以接头个数计算。

●送桩

打桩：

将桩打到余出自然地坪0.5m以内。

送桩：

将桩从自然地坪以上0.5m处用送桩筒送至设计标高。

V送桩=S桩截面×h送桩深度×N桩位数

L送桩=桩顶面至自然地坪面垂直距离+0.5m

【例１】某工程打方桩,桩深为14m,桩顶标高为-2m,室外设计地坪标高为-0.3m,共有200个桩位,桩截面面积为250×250,计算送桩工程量。

【解】V送桩=S桩截面×h送桩深度×N桩位数

V送桩=0.25×0.25×（2－0.3＋0.5）×200=27.5m3

●打桩工程场地处理

S打桩场地处理=S打桩部位的上层建筑面积×系数

=2000×1.37=2740m2

●打桩机械进出场费

打桩机械进出场费按定额总说明有关规定另计，计入直接费内。

N=打桩机械进出场按一次计

【练习】某工程打工厂预制方桩采用柴油打桩机,桩长为8m,桩深为16m,桩顶标高为-3m,室外设计地坪标高为-0.45m,共有100个桩位,桩截面面积为400×400,打桩部位的上层面积为1000m2打桩场地处理厚度为100mm,计算打桩工程的各项工程量,并列项套定额。
