Abstract:

inrecentyearscardesignandmanufacturingtechnologyprogressforalltosee.Inordertofurtherimproveproductperformance,prolongservicelife,commonmechanicalclutchtechnologyisalsoproducedaremarkablechange.Nomatterfromstructuralcharacteristics,productprocessperformance,orcontroltechnology,mechanicalclutchoftechnologicalprogressinsomeextentreflectsthedevelopmentofdesignconcepts,andpossibletechnologytrendsinthefuture.

1,introduction

Incartechnologyrapiddevelopmenttoday,especiallywiththeelectronictechnologyincars,theextensiveapplicationofvehicledrivetrainishadgreatprogress,asanimportantpartofthetransmissionoftheclutchassemblyforcetransmission,theburdenofreducingvibrationandpreventsystemoverloadveryimportantrole.Tomakesurethatthepowertransmissionandreliable,separatethoroughly,combinedwithsoft,dampinggood,smallvolume,lightweight,easy,longservicelife,makingtheclutchproducteithercashfromtheperformance,structure,ormanufacturingmodeandcontrol,intheoccurrenceofalotofchange.Theygreatlyoptimizedclutchallaspectsofperformance,tosomeextentlook,thesechangesarealsoreflectedthedevelopmentdirectionoftheclutch.

2,engineflywheelnewstructure

Asoneoftheflywheelstoragecomponentsengine,isalsopartoftheclutchinitiative.Asthecartransmissionbelongtomulti-freedomtorsionalvibrationsystem,whethertheincentiveandtransmissionsystem,ortheassociatedforcevibrationtypeandthecouplingvibrationwithotherstatementsareverycomplex.Inordertoadapttocardrivingconditionsofvibrationandnoisereductionofreducingtheneed,makingcars,ridecomforttheroleoftorsionalshockabsorberisextremelyimportant.Itshouldbeabletoadjustthesysteminherentfrequency,thesystemmainlylow-orderresonancecriticalspeedremovecommon,alsoneedtousespeedrange,stillneedtodecreaseamplitudedampingoftransmissionsystemcanreduceidlenoise,easetheimpactofthespecialcaseload.Previousclutchplatensetonbyatwistofshockabsorber,decorateaspaceplaceisrestricted,shockabsorberworkreverseAnglesmall,torsionstiffnessbig,capacitysmall,springs,andthereforenotguaranteetheintensityofvibrationreductionislimited.

4,clutchdiaphragmspring

Usingthediaphragmspringofanonlinearelasticproperties,canincreasetheabilityofclutchabrasionresistance.Usually,canpasstheclutchwheninstallation,adjustmentdiaphragmspringaxialposition,tokeepthespringofcompactionforce,butduetothemanufacturingprocessofpreviouspositionerrorisquitelarge,sooftenwastedspringthisportionofelasticenergy,enablestheabrasionresistanceabilitygetfullplay.Whentheclutchcoverandflywheelconnectionwiththeaboveweldingwaytofinish,theclutchassemblymayallowsuchpositionwhentheadjustment,thus,thecorrespondingclutchscratch-resistantabilitycanimprovethe4%~30%.

Toimprovetheabilitytochangeitsantiwearproperties,butalsocanthediaphragmspringisreinforcedbycontrollingmethodofseparationmeansandtheribdiscsupportingringapproachtogetting.

5,clutchcontrolsystem

Automatictransmissionincarsgrowingpopularityoftoday,duetoitslackoftransmissionefficiencyofcars,andmotoristsfeellostcontrol,makesmechanicalclutchstillhaswidemarket.Alongwiththecomputertechnologyandtherapiddevelopmentofmoderncontroltechnologyhastoclutchmayrealityautomaticcontrol,automaticclutchmanagementsystem(CMC)istheproductofthisidea.Thedriverspeaking,clutchautomaticcontrolsystemisthatitisthemostobviousadvantageofcancelledtheclutchpedal,thusimprovethedrivingcomfort,whetherinthecitythefrequentchangeoftrafficenvironment,orintheramp,itsadvantagesarestartedisquiteclear.Meanwhile,inordertoreducethetransmissionlownoiseandvibration,CMCislikelytoclutchreal-timecontrolofsliding,allthesecanimproveautomobiledrivingsafety.Althoughtheautomatictransmissioncanalsoplaythesameroleinprice,buttheCMC,fuelefficiency,enginebrakingandrapidresponse,etcbutagaintheobviousadvantage.Inaddit
