特朗普演讲

ChiefJusticeRoberts,PresidentCarter,PresidentClinton,PresidentBush,PresidentObama,fellowAmericansandpeopleoftheworld,thankyou.

　　We,thecitizensofAmerica,arenowjoinedinagreatnationalefforttorebuildourcountryandrestoreitspromiseforallofourpeople.TogetherwewilldeterminethecourseofAmericaandtheworldformany,manyyearstocome.

　　Wewillfacechallenges.Wewillconfronthardships.Butwewillgetthejobdone.Everyfouryears,wegatheronthesestepstocarryouttheorderlyandpeacefultransferofpower.

　　AndwearegratefultoPresidentObamaandFirstLadyMichelleObamafortheirgraciousaidthroughoutthistransition.Theyhavebeenmagnificent.Thankyou.

　　Today'sceremony,however,hasveryspecialmeaning.Becausetoday,wearenotmerelytransferringpowerfromoneadministrationtoanotherorfromonepartytoanother.

　　ButwearetransferringpowerfromWashingtonD.C.andgivingitbacktoyou,thepeople.

　　Fortoolong,asmallgroupinournation'scapitalhasreapedtherewardsofgovernmentwhilethepeoplehavebornethecost.Washingtonflourished,butthepeopledidnotshareinitswealth.Politiciansprospered,butthejobsleft.Andthefactoriesclosed.

　　Theestablishmentprotecteditselfbutnotthecitizensofourcountry.Theirvictorieshavenotbeenyourvictories.Theirtriumphshavenotbeenyourtriumphs.Andwhiletheycelebratedinournation’scapital,therewaslittletocelebrateforstrugglingfamiliesallacrossourland.Thatallchangesstartingrighthereandrightnow.Becausethismomentisyourmoment.Itbelongstoyou.

　　ItbelongstoeveryonegatheredheretodayandeveryonewatchingallacrossAmerica.Thisisyourday.Thisisyourcelebration.Andthis,theUnitedStatesofAmerica,isyourcountry.

　　Whattrulymattersisnotwhichpartycontrolsourgovernmentbutwhetherourgovernmentiscontrolledbythepeople.January20th,2017willberememberedasthedaythepeoplebecametherulersofthisnationagain.

　　Theforgottenmenandwomenofourcountrywillbeforgottennolonger.

　　Everyoneislisteningtoyounow.Youcamebythetensofmillionstobecomepartofahistoricmovement,thelikesofwhichtheworldhasneverseenbefore.

　　Atthecenterofthismovementisacrucialconviction--thatanationexisttoserveitscitizens.Americanswantgreatschoolsfortheirchildren,safeneighborhoodsfortheirfamiliesandgoodjobsforthemselves.

　　Thesearejustandreasonabledemandsofrighteouspeopleandarighteouspublic.Butfortoomanyofourcitizens,adifferentrealityexist.Mothersandchildrentrappedinpovertyinourinnercities,rustedoutfactoriesscatteredliketombstonesacrossthelandscapeofournation,aneducationsystemflushedwithcashbutwhichleavesouryoungandbeautifulstudentsdeprivedofallknowledge.Andthecrime,andthegangs,andthedrugsthathavestolentoomanylivesandrobbedourcountryofsomuchunrealizedpotential.ThisAmericancarnagestopsrighthereandstopsrightnow.

　　Weareonenation,andtheirpainisourpain.Theirdreamsareourdreams,andtheirsuccesswillbeoursuccess.Weshareoneheart,onehomeandonegloriousdestiny.

　　TheoathofofficeItaketodayisanoathofallegiancetoallAmericans.Formanydecades,we'veenrichedforeignindustryattheexpenseofAmericanindustry,subsidizedthearmiesofothercountrieswhileallowingfortheverysaddepletionofourmilitary.

　　Wedefendedothernation’sborderswhilerefusingtodefendourown.

　　AndspenttrillionsandtrillionsofdollarsoverseaswhileAmerica'sinfrastructurehasfallenintodisrepairanddecay.

　　We'vemadeothercountriesrichwhilethewealth,strength,andconfidenceofourcountryhasdissipatedoverthehorizon.Onebyone,thefactoriesshutteredandleftourshoreswithnotevenathoughtaboutthemillionsandmillionsofAmericanworkersthatwereleftbehind.

　　Thewealthofourmiddleclasshasbeenrippedfromtheirhomesandthenredistributedallacrosstheworld.

　　Butthatisthepastandnowwearelookingonlytothefuture.

　　Weassembledheretodayareissuinganewdecreetobeheardineverycity,ineveryforeigncapitalandineveryhallofpower.Fromthisdayforward,anewvisionwillgovernourland.Fromthisdayforward,it'sgoingtobeonlyAmericafirst--Americafirst.

　　Everydecisionontrade,ontaxes,onimmigration,onforeignaffairswillbemadetobenefitAmericanworkersandAmericanfamilies.Wemustprotectourbordersfromtheravagesofothercountriesmakingourproducts,stealingourcompaniesanddestroyingourjobs.

　　Protectionwillleadtogreatprosperityandstrength.Iwillfightforyouwitheverybreathinmybody.AndIwillnever,everletyoudown.

　　Americawillstartwinningagain,winninglikeneverbefore.

　　Wewillbringbackourjobs.Wewillbringbackourborders.Wewillbringbackourwealth,andwewillbringbackourdreams.Wewillbuildnewroadsandhighwaysandbridgesandairportsandtunnelsandrailwaysallacrossourwonderfulnation.WewillgetourpeopleoffofwelfareandbacktoworkrebuildingourcountrywithAmericanhandsandAmericanlabor.Wewillfollowtwosimplerules--buyAmericanandhireAmerican.

　　Wewillseekfriendshipandgoodwillwiththenationsoftheworld.

　　Butwedosowiththeunderstandingthatitistherightofallnationstoputtheirowninterestsfirst.Wedonotseektoimposeourwayoflifeonanyonebutrathertoletitshineasanexample.Wewillshineforeveryonetofollow.

　　Wewillreinforceoldalliancesandformnewones.AndunitethecivilizedworldagainstradicalIslamicterrorism,whichwewilleradicatecompletelyfromthefaceoftheearth.

　　AtthebedrockofourpoliticswillbeatotalallegiancetotheUnitedStatesofAmericaandthroughourloyaltytoourcountry,wewillrediscoverourloyaltytoeachother.Whenyouopenyourhearttopatriotism,thereisnoroomforprejudice.

　　TheBibletellsushowgoodandpleasantitiswhenGod'speoplelivetogetherinunity.Wemustspeakourmindsopenly,debateourdisagreementhonestlybutalwayspursuesolidarity.WhenAmericaisunited,Americaistotallyunstoppable.

　　Thereshouldbenofear.Weareprotected,andwewillalwaysbeprotected.,Wewillbeprotectedbythegreatmenandwomenofourmilitaryandlawenforcement.Andmostimportantly.WewillbeprotectedbyGod.

　　Finally,wemustthinkbiganddreamevenbigger.InAmerica,weunderstandthatanationisonlylivingaslongasitisstriving.Wewillnolongeracceptpoliticianswhoarealltalkandnoaction,constantlycomplainingbutneverdoinganythingaboutit.

　　Thetimeforemptytalkisover.Nowarrivesthehourofaction.

　　Donotallowanyonetotellyouthatitcannotbedone.NochallengecanmatchtheheartandfightandspiritofAmerica.Wewillnotfail.Ourcountrywillthriveandprosperagain.Westandatthebirthofanewmillennium,readytounlockthemysteriesofspace,tofreetheearthfromthemiseriesofdiseaseandtoharnesstheenergies,industriesandtechnologiesoftomorrow.Anewnationalpridewillstirourselves,liftoursightsandhealourdivisions.It’stimetorememberthatoldwisdomoursoldierswillneverforget--thatwhetherweareblackorbrownorwhite,weallbleedthesameredbloodofpatriots.

　　Weallenjoyedthesamegloriousfreedoms,andweallsalutethesamegreatAmericanflag.

　　AndwhetherachildisbornintheurbansprawlofDetroitorthewindsweptplainsofNebraska,Theylookupatthesamenightsky,theybuildaheartwiththesamedreamsandtheyareinfusedwiththebreathoflifebythesameAlmightyCreator.

　　SotoallAmericansineverycitynearandfar,smallandlarge,frommountaintomountain,fromoceantoocean,hearthesewords--youwillneverbeignoredagain.

　　Yourvoice,yourhopesandyourdreamswilldefineourAmericandestiny.Andyourcourageandgoodnessandlovewillforeverguideusalongtheway.Together,WewillmakeAmericastrongagain.WewillmakeAmericawealthyagain.WewillmakeAmericaproudagain.WewillmakeAmericasafeagain.Andyes,together,thankyou.wewillmakeAmericagreatagain.Godblessyou.AndGodblessAmerica.ThankYou.

让我们一起在未来的许多年内为美国和世界的未来开拓新的航程。

我们会遭遇挑战，会面临困难，但是我们一定能完成这项事业。

每四年我们都会聚集在这里来进行权力的和平交接。

我们应当感谢奥巴马总统和第一夫人米歇尔·奥巴马，他们在权力转移过程中慷慨相助，他们特别棒，谢谢你们！

今天的就职典礼有特殊的意义。

今天，我们不仅是将权力从上一届政府转交到下一届政府，从这一个政党转交给那一个政党。

我们是将权力从华盛顿交回到了你们的手中，交回到了人民的手中。

长久以来，华盛顿的一小部分政客攫取了利益果实，而让人民背负了沉重的代价。

华盛顿繁荣了起来，但是人民群众却没有分享到财富。

政客们腰包鼓起来了，但后果却是工作流失、工厂倒闭。

建制派保护了自己，但却疏忽了这个国家的公民。

他们的胜利并不是你们的胜利。

他们的成就并不是你们的成就。

当他们在我们的首都欢呼雀跃庆祝的时候，这片土地上苦苦挣扎的家庭却丝毫分享不到他们的喜悦。

这一切都会从此时此刻开始改变。

因为这是你们的时刻。

它属于你们。

这一刻属于今天到场的每一个人。

属于全国观看盛典的每一个人。

这是你们的一天。

这是你们的庆典。

这是美利坚合众国，你们的国家。

哪个政党当政并不重要。

真正重要的是我们的政府是否由人民当家作主。

2017年1月20日，这一天将会被历史铭记，美国人民再次成为这个国家的统治者。

曾经被国家遗忘的人们，不会再被忽视。

每一个人都在聆听你们的声音，数以千万计的你们汇聚成了历史运动的一部分，而这个世界从未目睹过如此声势浩大的运动。

在这运动的核心是一个关键的信念–权为民所谋。

美国人民希望能给自己的孩子上好学校，希望他们的家庭生活在安全的社区，希望他们每个人都能得到报酬丰厚的工作岗位。

这些都是正直的人民与公众所提出的公正、合理的要求。

但是对于很多公民来说，他们所面对的现实与这截然不同。

母亲和孩子们在凋敝的内城区受困于贫穷，生锈的工厂像墓碑一样散落在国家各地。

教育系统并不匮乏资金，但年轻而美丽的学生却被剥夺了获取知识的权利。

猖獗的犯罪、黑帮、和毒品夺走了太多条生命，也掠夺了这个国家未开发潜力被实现的机会。

发生在这片领土上的屠杀行径必须终于此时，终于此地。

我们同属一个国家，他们的痛苦就是我们的痛苦。

他们的梦想就是我们的梦想，他们的成功将是我们的成功。

我们举国同心，共享家园，肩负着一样的光荣使命。

我今天宣誓就职是宣誓向每个美国人效忠。

数十年以来，我们以美国工业衰落为代价而供养着外国兴旺发达的工业，我们资助别国军队的发展却忽略了自己军队的消耗。

我们捍卫着其他国家的边界却拒绝捍卫我们自己的边界。

我们花了数万亿的美元在海外的军事和重建项目上，而美国自身的基础设施是陈旧荒废、年久失修。

我们让其他国家变得富裕，而我们自己国家的力量、财富和信心却是消失殆尽。

工厂一个接一个倒闭离开美国了，毫不顾忌数以百万计的被遗弃的美国劳动人民。

中产阶级的财富被剥夺了，却在整个世界被重新分配。

但是这都是过去的事情，而现在我们着眼于未来。

我们今天在这里聚集在一起，我们是希望让每一个公民、每一个外国的首都，每一个权力的殿堂，都能够听到我们的声音。

从今天起，一个新的愿景将指引我们的国家。

从今天起，我们将把美国置于首位，只有美国第一。
