Timeseemstohavecometoastandstill.Inthetotalsilence,Inoticeablyfeelmyownheartbeatquickenandhearmybreathingasitbeginstomatchhers,strideforunevenstride.

Theprose,writtenbyadoctor,istheexpressionofhisfeelingwhenheistakingcareofawomanwhoisdying.

However,sometimes,theywillsufferfromthepainthatpeopleintownisnotasgoodandpureasthepeopleinvillage.Theymayfeelsadandlonely.Andatthismoment,theywillgobacktothevillagetohaveabrake.Duringthedaysinvillage,theirlifewillbealittleboring,becausetherearenotmanyentertainments,butitisagoodplaceforthemtoreflect.Andthisisthepointtheauthormentioned.
