一、培养目标
Ⅰ．ProgramObjectives
培养电子信息领域兼具技术知识和管理能力的高级复合型人才。
本培养计划定位于本科阶段，在教授学生在信息科学领域基础理论知识的同时，加强对学生参与设计和开发实际电子通信、信息处理系统的技能培养。
本计划还将提供大量实践环节训练，培养学生综合运用专业知识解决实际问题的能力，培养学生在系统工程、项目管理等方面的素养。
Thisprogramistoproducefully-developedtop-tierengineerswithbothconsolidatedtechnicalknowledgeandmanagementcapabilityinelectronicsandinformationengineering.Thisprogramisdesignedforundergraduatestudents,whoarerequiredtoconstructfundamentaltheoreticalbackgroundininformationscience.Meanwhile,theyareenhancedwithhands-onengineeringexperiencesinthedesignanddevelopmentofelectroniccommunicationsandinformationprocessingsystems.Thisprogramwillalsoprovidethestudentsinthisprogramwithmanypracticaltrainingopportunitiestodeveloptheircomprehensivecapabilitiesofapplyingprofessionalknowledgeandskillsinsolvingrealengineeringproblems,inordertostrengththeirengineeringinsightsintosystemengineering,projectmanagementandsoon.

三、培养特色
Ⅲ．ProgramFeatures
本专业将以通信系统、信号与信息处理等电子信息系统的开发与应用为方向，培养学生在电子技术、信号处理等方面的理论基础，加强在系统设计、工程方法、项目管理等方面的课程训练。
本专业还将通过校企联合的方式，提供大量实验与实践环节的训练，贴近信息产业的生产研发一线，培养学生的动手能力、创新能力以及专业素养。
修完本专业课程后，学生也可选择攻读电子科学、通信工程、计算机科学、自动化、光电信息等领域的研究生。
Thisprogramfocusesonthedesignandapplicationofinformationsystemsincommunicationsystems,signalandinformationprocessing.Studentsarerequiredtoconstructsolidandbroadtheoreticalbackgroundinelectronictechnologiesandinformationprocessing,andtheyareenhancedwiththehands-onengineeringexperiencesinsystemdesign,engineeringmethodsandprojectmanagement.Thisprogramwillalsoprovidemanyinternshipsandengineeringpracticesthroughjointprogramsbetweentheuniversityandcooperatedenterprises.Studentsareexpectedtoapproachrealresearchanddevelopmentactivitiesintheinformationindustry,andtodevelopstrongpracticalengineeringskills,innovativeinitiativesandprofessionalqualification.
Upongraduation,graduatesmaychoosetocontinuetheirstudiesatthepostgraduatelevelinelectronicscience,communicationengineering,computerscience,automationandoptical-electronicorotherrelateddisciplines.
