摘　要：

我国的农业经济体系日新月异的发展，对农林经济管理专业的人才培养不断提出新的要求，加强该专业课程实验教学改革势在必行。

本文分析了高校农林经济管理专业课程实验教学在教学理念、实验内容、实验方式和师资设备方面普遍存在问题，并提出改革建议。

高校农林经济管理专业是涵盖管理、经济两大学科的宽口径专业，致力于培养具备系统的管理科学和经济科学知识，掌握农业经济管理的基本方法和技能，能在各类涉农企业、相关政府工作部门和教育科研单位从事经营管理、市场营销、金融财会、政策研究等方面工作的高级专门人才，这类人才应具备管理、财会、金融投资等多方面的综合素质，而这种综合素质的培养离不开科学高效的实验教学体系。

高等教育课程实验教学是以课内实验为主体，社会实践为补充的教学体系。

当前，我国高校农林经济管理学科不同程度的存在着人才培养与社会需求脱节的问题，为了适应21世纪农村经济发展对农业经济管理人才的迫切需要，根据专业市场需求、专业培养目标和人才培养要求，提高该专业学生的就业能力和服务社会能力，加强专业课程实验教学改革已是势在必行。

一、农林经济管理专业课程实验教学现状与问题

受教学条件、课程设置模式和考试方式等限制，我国高校经济管理类专业普遍存在理论教学与实验教学脱节、实验教学课程偏少等问题。

目前，我国高校农林经济管理专业课程实验教学普遍以信息技术为基础，整合IT类与非IT类资源,依托校内综合实验教学平台，开展角色扮演、模拟仿真、实战演练等形式的课内实训。

这些课程实验在一定程度上提高了学生的实践能力，但从农林经济管理专业的培养目标和市场需求角度来看，还存在一些问题。

（一）教学理念传统守旧

农林经济管理专业在我国具有近百年的办学历史，由于受传统教育体制的影

响较大，大部分院校的教学理念缺乏现代意识、改革意识、开放意识，因循守旧，重理论而轻实践，理论讲授占到教学课时的95%以上，对于教学方式、手段等的革新不足，学生只能被动接受课堂上的知识，既缺乏对实验环节的认识，也缺乏实践能力的培养。

实验教学与理论教学、经济建设、学科发展和个性化培养存在不同程度的脱节。

（二）课程实验教学科目少、内容单薄

我国现有农林经济管理专业人才培养仍然沿袭过去的“专才”培养模式，专业面欠广，课程实验设置僵化。

目前，我国高校农林经济管理专业的课程实验教学主要是专业基础课的课程实验，如统计学、计量经济学和会计学等，在理论课程的基础上设置实验课程，但是针对专业主干课和专业基础课的课程实验较少，跨专业的综合实验课则更少。

此外，已开出的实验课程的内容不够丰富，大多是验证性和综合性实验项目，设计性和创新性实验项目很少，实验内容欠深入拓展，缺乏融会贯通的实验课程体系。

（三）实验教学方式单一

我国高校农林经济管理专业的课程实验教学主要以计算机网络系统为基础、以专业计算机软件为载体的模拟实验平台，采用计算机模拟实践教学方式，教师讲授实验目的、方法和实验内容后，学生自主操作，教师巡回指导，考核方式则以实验报告和课堂表现为主要评分依据。

这是传统的实验教学方式，教学内容仅针对课内知识，教学地点局限在机房，在一定程度上阻碍了学生知识面的拓宽和综合能力的提高。

（四）师资设备薄弱

我国高校农林经济管理专业的课程实验教学的教师队伍，主要是理论课和实验课均承担的兼职教师，专职实验教师较少，而兼职教师较大的课务压力和科研压力，在一定程度上影响了他们投入到实验教学的时间和精力。

此外，许多从事专业教学的教师虽然有扎实的理论基础，但没有在实际工作单位从业过，实验经验严重缺乏，所以在实验教学方面很难有所作为和突破。

就农林经济管理专业课程实验的条件而言，普遍存在实验室规模偏小、功能单一、设施落后，实践基地流于形式等问题。

实验设备主要是计算机硬件和各类软件系统，缺乏可进行实境仿真的专业型仪器设备。

二、农林经济管理专业实验教学改革的建议

农林经济管理课程实验教学培养过程中应坚持知识、思维、能力和个性的协调发展，使学生在实验课程中获取直接知识，锻炼他们思考、分析解决问题的方法和能力。

为此，必须建立从教学理念到实验课程体系内容、教学方法以及师资设备的创新型课程实验教学体系，形成一种教学与科研相结合、基础课和专业课相结合、课内课外相结合的教学新局面。

（一）构建先进的教学理念

面对全球经济一体化下日益严峻的就业形势、企业越来越高的人才要求，高校教师应坚持和落实科学发展观，树立发展意识、改革意识、开放意识和特色意识，构建以学生为本，知识传授、能力培养、素质提高协调发展的先进教育理念。

农林经济管理专业的教师应深入认识经济、管理类实验的特性，分析体系构建的基础，加强校企合作，围绕企业的用人要求，结合学生的个性特点，不断改革创新教学目标、内容、手段、方法、考核等各环节的教育教学，本着系统性、效益性等原则，对实验教学体系进行整合设计。
