ATTENTION:

IftheprogramisinstalledinWindows98/MeSystem,theMicrosoftOfficesoftwareshouldexistinthecomputerinthemeanwhile,orthisprogramcannotrunnormally.IftheprogramisinstalledinWindows2000/XP/VistaSystem,itcanworkwellwithoutanyothersoftwaresupport

Ifthelightofencipherisalwayson,itmeanstheprogramworkproperly.Theflickerindicatesthatinstallationisfailed.Ifthat,youcancontactwithouragency.

Mainlyusedformanagingcustomerinformation,including:

CustomerGroupManagement

Inordertomakethemanagementeasily,thisfunctioncandividecustomersintoseveralgroups.ThenewgroupcanbeAddedbyclicking‘Add’.Click‘Storeage’tostorethenewgroup.Andclick‘Revise’tomodifythenameofthegroup.Click‘Delete’toDeletethegroup.（Note:

Iftherearemembersunderthegroup,thedetectedmembershouldbeDeletedfirst,afterthat,thegroupcanbeDeleted.

DETECTEDMEMBERMANAGEMENT

Clickthegroupnameontheleftmakingitblue.Andthen,click‘Add’toAddnewdetectedmemberstothecorrespondinggroup.

Theinformationofthedetectedmemberisshownasfollowing:

Name,Gender,Birthday（D/M/Y）,Height,Weight,etc.Click‘Storage’tokeeptheinformation.（Note:

Name,gender,birthday,height,weightarenecessarytoinput,butotherinformationareoptional.）

Itisusedformanagingclient’sdetectingrecord,mainlyincludingdetectingdate&exacttime,name,age,genderandsoon.（Aspicturebelow）

Clickthecustomerontheleft,allthedetailedinformationofthiscustomerwillshowontheright.（Basingonreversechronologicalorder）

DETECTING

（1）STARTTODETECT

Choosethecertainmemberandmakethenameblue.Andthen,click‘Detect’iconinthetoolbar.Afterthat,theinformationwillshowasfollowingpicture.Click‘Start’tobeginthedetect.

（2）DetectingProcess

Makethedetectedpersontograspthedetectrobfirmlywithlefthandorrighthand.Duringthedetectingprocess,thedetectedpersonshouldberelaxandsilent,andkeepbreathebalance.

（3）DetectingFinish

Afterdetecting,click‘Storage’tofinishtheprocess.

GettingtheReport

（1）Afterdetecting,thesystemwillcomebacktopersonnelmanagementinterfaceautomaticallyandselectedthepersonwhofinishedthedetectionjustnow,andhisdetectingrecord.Finally,click‘GetReport’andthesystemcanreadandanalyizetheinformationandcometotheresultautomatically.

PrescriptionMANAGEMENT

Click‘PrescriptionManagement’inthetoolbar,andtheinterfacewillshowthecontentasthepicturebelow.Thisprogramismainlyusedformanagingprescriptionandtheusercanalsoaddhisownproductinordertoprintthecorrespondingproductafterthereportcomingout.

Wecanmanagedifferentprescriptionsbyclickingdifferentbuttonsinthepage:

Deleteoldprescription

MODIFY:

Modifythegivenprescription

Storethemodifiedprescription

Inputtheheadersandfootersandtheirpositions（left,middle,orright）.Andthen,click‘Definition’tosetupthereport’sheaderandfooter.

BACKUP&RESTORETHEDATABASE

Thesystemsupportsbackingupandrestoringthepresentdatabaseincasethatthecomputerwaswithproblemsorattackedbyvirus.Thus,itcanstorecompletedateanddecreasetheloss.

Click‘Backup’or‘Restore’tocomeintothecorrespondingsystem,andclick‘Start’tochoosesavepath,documentnameorbackupdocument.

Note:

Thesystemwillcoverthepresentdatabase,whilerestoringdata.Thus,pleasedousethisfunctiondiscreetly,ifthepresentdatabasecontainsimportantinformation.
