Theinstallingofdrivingpart:

Aftermainframeisidentical,drivingpartcanbeinstalled.First,checkqualityofdrivingpart,especialcheckconcentricofsmallgearwheelbearingandreducerlowspeedbearing;concentricofreducerhighspeedbearingandmotorbearing,ifnecessarytoadjustandtighten.

Setthebiggearwheelofmainframeasstandard,installandadjustdrivingpart.Makethewidthbetweensmallgearwheelandbiggearwheeleven.Makethesideofthesmallgearwheelandthebiggearwheelparallel.Thesmallestgapiszeropointtwentyfivemillimeter.Seenfromtrackofbigandsmalltouched,thetouchedtracktakesupsixtypercentfromwholelength,andfortypercentfromwholeheight.

Ifthetouchedtrackleanstooneside,meansthegearsideisnotparallel.Ifthedrivingbiggearwheelcrowded,meansthegapofthegearwheelistoosmall,adjustitbigger.
